Taken from the RNS of 15 April 2019:

"The Company is actively communicating with the Government with regards to the Exploitation Concession for Kallak North. It has been confirmed that the Kallak application is being prioritised, an acknowledgement by the Government that the Company has been waiting an excessive period of time for a decision. The Company expects, and it is reasonable to do so, that a decision will be taken, by the Government, before the summer."

Six and a half months on from this news, and we still have no decision. As this additional time is on top of the excessive period of time already spent waiting, surely it's the case that in fact no priority has been given. Neither has Kurt been able to coax even a loose date from Baylan, in spite of his written request to find out more precisely the state of play.

Surely, based on events known to us, it must be time to push Baylan further again, to ensure he delivers in this process.

Sooz, lol. Aye, the gestation period of a mining licence. Eight children later, since April 2013, with a ninth due, no twins, triplets, quads, etc, and we are still waiting for the concession award.

I doubt they'll be asked to justify their wages Bricks. Everyone in the government would surely be squirming. I'm interested in the vice idea though, and maybe even bring in ye olde stretchy rack too, to ensure confessions will be forthcoming.

Raising the money isn't the concern, it's at what price that is the concern. To me it is anyway.

Sooz, I'm happy for you to be excited me lovely, we just have perhaps different circumstances tis all. My average is twice the sp, so with continual knockbacks when we appear to be getting somewhere, it's like a knife through my tiny, black heart. Lol. Good news about Parki, it is, but I'm sure you can appreciate why my optimism is up and down nowadays. I just want Kurt to tell Baylan that we need this decision now and if not, specifically why not, and bloody when. The concession saga is beyond saturation point. You mentioned "brass neck" a few posts back, and that's exactly it, only it's unfortunately at the expense of our Company and we shareholders.

Kurt is trying his best and it's a tricky situation for him, I know that, but his somewhat gentle prods are having no effect. We surely need to put the squeeze on.

Of course I don't mean Squeeze, the band. That would be catastrophic.

Fair comment that Juicy. What we do know is that the sp simply continues to be a huge disappointment year on year. All because the Swedes are still mishandling our application.

I'm trusting the money raised today will be put to good use in seeking a positive outcome for us. To end the inertia in this process.

Pity Kurt couldn't have raised these latest funds at a higher sp. When we were sitting at over 8p. I would have been happier with a raise at 6p, considering my average of 13.5p.

If Kurt is aware of a decision on Kal coming within the next few weeks, he could and should have raised then, in my opinion. Which leads me to believe he still doesn't know, hence the legal comment within the fundraise RNS. I feel he's also secured the Parki exploration licence to add a little more meat to our case, but it certainly won't force Baylan into delivering a decision any sooner.

To keep raising money at lowly levels though, issuing millions of shares to do so, year upon year and with no physical progress on our main project, is not bringing shareholder value. Baylan needs an ultimatum now, in my view.

For that reason, I fail to find any of this news today exciting, because we've been waiting for over six and a half years for one permit on only part of a deposit.

Although I believe Kurt to be a top bloke, he is well paid and I'd like him to be tougher.

Hi Sooz. Yes, I take your point re "forthcoming", but knowing how the Swedes have failed to operate under any reasonable or fair timescale for us, and I have wept at that, lol, I reluctantly took it to mean only sometime in the future. As ever, it just isn't specific enough. Like "soon", it's open to interpretation as to what would qualify as "soon", and the same can be said of "forthcoming". We already know that in our case, it hasn't meant imminent. Lol.

It would be great if the mining conference coukd be highlighted to the good, with some meat behind it, as in, nicely supported by the issuance prior of licences for both Kallak and Laver. What a boost that would be for the industry.

Alas, one can dream.

Yes Sooz, readily handing out exploration licences then not following up on those licences with the issuance of next stage permits, well, is nonsensical. Not to mention very badly and falsely representing their supposedly proud traditions. As we hurtle towards November, I find it difficult to see a decision coming from Baylan this year. The questions are, how long does Kurt give him? What will Kurt do to then, if no decision comes, to force the issue?

We surely can't be expected to remain invested without a timescale for the advancement of Kal. It's just ridiculous Sooz.
