Troaj, that is helpful matey, thanks for taking the trouble to check the charts. First low just now with a concession licence then, so waiting for the high, but Kurt needs to get his act together with the news. In my view.

Thanks for a bit more background info Andy. Not sure whether the legal representation being all women is at all relevant though. I’m sure the ladies chosen are the right people for the job the Sami folks have in mind.

SJ, slow burner is an understatement.

That’s a fair point Roller. We know though that Kurt had comprehensive indicators for where to drill on the Kosovo project, so we must hope for high levels of drilling accuracy and decent results. But three months has passed now without a peep from Kurt on Kosovo, so we have no idea. The uncertainty is the problem. The market doesn’t do uncertainty that well.

You know, why is the news so poor? If Kurt is too busy himself then he could get some help. Employ someone to deal with the news updates. If the market isn’t kept informed about projects that may be exciting and/or potential game changers, then where will the upwards momentum come from?

Then of course I also then think he can’t tell us much because he’s working on a master plan and may be in talks for a complete sale of the company. That kind of thing, but it’s a pure guess, optimistically. I’ve been here nearly 12 years now too SJ and I’ve had enough of this not yet getting off the ground. (Except when we first bought in. Lol).

Hi SJ. Yep, good point. I’d rather it be this way too, we do have the concession. Kurt is letting us down though with the lack of news, so I’m not sure what will drive the sp north and sustain it. Better, more detailed and frequent newsflow and of a positive nature. We shouldn’t have to wait three months for a drilling update for only a few thousand metres of drilling.

It wouldn’t go down well, no, but we’ve always been treated with contempt by the authorities anyway, so not sure it would matter. At least we’ll have stood up for ourselves instead of just waiting for the next ransacking in our direction.

Pocko, yes, but the good thing is the first thing that you have just mentioned. We can get on with business, we have a concession and can forge ahead somewhat. The Sami appeal will not prevent us from further work at Kal, for example, or anything Kal related.

We can surely at least prepare the enviro application.

What makes you think the downtrend is reaching its end then Troaj?

Pocko, and I don’t suppose we could object to the extensions of time for those appeals. Lol. It won’t do any good will it, but I would have chased it up to find out why none of the appeals were submitted on time and why the extensions were permitted. To show some fight for shareholders here, who have already stomached far too much.

Well did you see it here yesterday though Troaj? Dropped to 3.7p. The Sami communities have managed to extend their appeal submission dates by three months. This directly affected our sp, not a comfortable feeling. So we can’t rely on a 4p floor holding, because it didn’t. I’m pleased to see it recover somewhat today though, but that’s why I mentioned Kurt and the news. Be good to know more from our Kosovo and Finland projects. Maybe bring us a bit of joy from there.

I’d like to know on what grounds the Sami folks were allowed to have another three months grace period for lodging their appeals. Seems like they’ve just left it until the end of the first allocated time slot, knowing that they’d easily get more time. Stinks a bit to me. I would have asked them exactly why they hadn’t managed to prepare their appeals within the first three months since the concession decision.

Anyway, that’s the kind of thing we are still up against.

Well it’s popped up into the 4p zone again after yesterday’s drop, so you never know Troaj. Kurt could do a lot more on th e news front though.

It’s only three months, but then we don’t know how long the appeals will take to be reviewed and conclusions drawn once submitted. Could be end of year. Lol.

If Kurt doesn’t do what he said and keep shareholders and the market better informed then the sp will possibly just struggle at low levels. Depending also on the nature of the news of course. I feel we therefore need something substantial that will push us onwards and upwards.

Not wishful thinking I hope.
