I don’t mind this RNS, structured incentives for employees. We are bound to moan due to where the current sp sits, but following the concession we are working from the ground up, with that milestone achieved. Ulla has done nothing to merit the award, that is a fair point by Lb, but of course would it be fair to her if everyone else were to be awarded an incentive and not her? No.
I’m not too rattled by the RNS, and neither is the market.
Pocko, I’m a shareholder and have been disappointed for a very long time, but today’s RNS is not a random award, which I feel would have been worse, it is a structure of awards based on performance and reaching certain milestones. Again though, I would have liked more details re what Kurt envisages those milestones are.
