Looks like the robot has stopped buying for today. Shouldn’t be that long before we have an update on Kosovo though, now Kurt has got the financial news out of the way. Fundraise and performance related awards. A bit of operational news would be welcome.

I would always like to have more information from Kurt though, news in greater detail and with increased frequency. How else will we get noticed? Lol.

Hi Manro. I appreciate what you are saying, but a more robust approach by a CEO although may have driven the sp, we may now be locked in a legal battle with the Government and/or be without an approved mining concession, hence making our position in Sweden completely untenable. So there is that to consider. Much sense in what you say, but it’s a fine line to tread in Sweden, as we well know, but only through our experience have we come to appreciate how this country does and does not operate.

Lb, thanks for your thoughtful comments. The word “could” is significant here. You may be right, but perhaps not. I will continue to review my investment, which I feel is sensible, considering how disappointing it has been so far. For someone continuing to hold and not trade, rarely with the means to add more.

Kurt did refer to a potential re-rating event with the granting of the concession, it did not happen, not yet anyway, but we have the Sami objection to be put to bed first. A few months officially (because they will most likely always oppose our operation even with a ruling decision in our favour), but then the sp should make up some ground.

If Kosovo does not bear fruit with these initial drill results I will be most disappointed though, bearing in mind the technological approach taken to target these areas of interest.

Sooz, so you have table manners but just don’t use them. That is quite terrible. Lol.

Lb, the sp has not been battered by structuring the loan deal in this way, no immediate dilution, and the news today is linked to performance, again, not viewed negatively by the market.

But they must now perform.

Lb, making light of it, or making sense of it?

Would you like to see us continually moaning and browbeaten? What can we do about today’s RNS, other than try and find a way of accepting it. I’m not overly thrilled by it, but I don’t mind it. If it’s performance related, they’ll have to perform, which must equate to a higher sp for shareholders.

I don’t believe anyone has made light of the RNS.

I can, however, fully understand and appreciate the frustrations of many here. Shareholders have yet to consistently catch a good break, but we must trust that our rewards will come as the business develops.

The incentive is for them to now get this sp up, based on their collective performance and the company achieving certain milestones. Early incentive before most of the work is done. Imagine awarding themselves options after the work was done, at a much higher sp, how motivated would they be then?

I don’t mind this RNS, structured incentives for employees. We are bound to moan due to where the current sp sits, but following the concession we are working from the ground up, with that milestone achieved. Ulla has done nothing to merit the award, that is a fair point by Lb, but of course would it be fair to her if everyone else were to be awarded an incentive and not her? No.

I’m not too rattled by the RNS, and neither is the market.

Pocko, I’m a shareholder and have been disappointed for a very long time, but today’s RNS is not a random award, which I feel would have been worse, it is a structure of awards based on performance and reaching certain milestones. Again though, I would have liked more details re what Kurt envisages those milestones are.

SJ, thanks for sharing. We also have the advantage of premium product at Kal going for us. It’s a bitter pill to swallow at present with the sp, but, as you say, and as Pocko mentioned earlier, we have sp triggers on the horizon, either way. Kosovo results etc. Kurt also mentions “rapid” progress at JIMAB, which he obviously must have a plan for, with Ulla’s collaboration.

So we watch and wait. The usual.

Pocko, that may well be, but he ensured that the sp wasn’t impacted.

Kurt was concerned enough with the current sp not to trigger the SDR situation immediately. He’s giving us breathing space until February next year, where hopefully we’ll see a higher sp come repayment of loan time.

Cardo, aye, I doubt we will ever see anything back from the so-called royalty. Not exactly rolling with news here now either.
