I mean, Kurt hasn’t mentioned lithium of late, but it must be a Viti target.

Subscription to raise £750,000 and further investment in Kosovan exploration



Beowulf (AIM: BEM; Spotlight: BEO), the Nordic focused mineral exploration and development company, is pleased to announce a subscription for new ordinary shares of £0.01 each to raise £750,000 before expenses (the "Subscription").



The funds will be used for general working capital purposes and to support the following activities:

· Follow-on investment in Vardar Minerals Limited ("Vardar"), a private exploration company with interests in the Balkans, funding Vardar's 2019 Kosovan exploration programme, diamond drilling, geophysical surveys and other activities, at the Mitrovica project, targeting lead-zinc-silver, copper and gold mineralisation, and at the Viti project, targeting copper-gold, lithium-boron mineralisation, and exercising the Company's option to increase Beowulf's stake in Vardar from 14.1% to 31.3%.”

Hi SJ. Wouldn’t it be great if Kurt had a pleasant surprise for us with either Kosovo, Finland or both. The thing is, these projects are crawling along, based on the news we’ve received, and it seems a bit random at times as to what will occur next. I definitely feel we are due an update.

On the face of it, Kurt isn’t doing that well at the moment, on behalf of his shareholders. On the face of it. That’s where the frustration comes in. He could be quietly playing a blinder for us. Lol.

That was a lot of money for someone to have laid out in one go. If it was a buy and it looks like it. Good on them for taking the bull by the horns. Lol.

Fair point Sooz, although I’d feel better if we were in double figures. We don’t know what else may be planned re further cash burn. Kurt may up our percentage in Vardar again, for example.

Looks like someone has just bought a large amount of shares. Hard to say for certain though if it was a buy.

Roller, I wrongly expected a flow of more regular project news on all projects once the concession was awarded. That hasn’t happened and the sp has gone down the pan markedly. I’m also surprised we have heard nothing further about our preparations for the environmental licence.

Anyway, maybe there is a secret master plan in the background, but we don’t know that and it’s frustrating.

Sooz, I like those cheery posts, much needed, because we have waited nine years for a simple concession licence to be granted and then we’ve lost 80% off our sp value in the weeks following. Lol.

We do need something extraordinarily good to occur for us next. Shareholders should not be faced with the worry of Kurt having to raise money at low sp levels, when he has a real bargaining chip in hand with the mining concession. So the sp is a concern for me, even though you’ve tried to help by saying not to look at it. Lol.

Where is Kurt? Have you seen him? He is not hiding in my trees, because I’ve checked.

This is usually quiet on a Wednesday. Not sure why, but we are due news from Kosovo soon I would say. Three months since we began drilling. A high quality discovery wouldn’t go amiss.
