who is responsible for customers' luggage? The airport? Tui?... I suppose if the loss/damage of luggage happens on a Tui plane Tui is reponsible - if it happens with airport luggage service/handlers/ is the airport - ?

I am confident the new auditors will finish the audit in very little time. As I do expect that the only obstacle must be the TG's allegiances, and the new auditors must have been made fully aware of and assured the company they have a solution. Things could move on quite rapidly
