Frogs, when a director leaves it is the norm to say why they leave (examples :to pursue their career somewhere else, for health reasons, retire/break from work, more ti e with the family, to tour the world, to take full time fishing, etc) VERY unusual not to say anything

It's wise to be aware of the difference between a tip, marketing, publicity. ramping, promoting, etc (that should give you a good idea of what I mean) and inside trading.... If there was inside trading TG would have been under legal obligation to report it. and we would have known

encouraging employees (and their families - and to keep it discrete!) to buy shares is not insider trading... Telling anyone the share will be worth 1 pound in a year time is just as inside trading as posters here have been telling each other everyday....

IMHO
1) about DX lack of accountability, openess, communications etc with shareholders... the company are doing the right thing. better keep their mouth shut. anything and everything they say in the open with whatever intention can be used against them
2) as things stand DX will certanily bee better off with new auditors. They will be appointed well knowing first hand DX position regarding GT claims, and if they accept to be auditors it means they have already agreed with DX how to go about the various issues. There are no lack of potential auditors as DX will never appoint them to act illegally
3) As someone has said or hinted at already the main thing for us the company doing well. This is the only aspect that worries me but I do accept to wait I will only know in due course

IMO That's great if true... It would show the Ceo is very keen and active in getting capital for new and more profitable projects

2019 Interim Dividend
The Board has declared an interim dividend of 11.1 pence per share to be paid on 7 October 2019 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 30 August 2019. It is intended that the dividend will be paid as a PID, net of withholding tax where appropriate.

2019 Final Dividend
The final dividend of 14.8 pence per share was recommended by the Board on 25 February 2020 and, subject to shareholder approval, will be paid on 30 April 2020 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 20 March 2020. It is intended that the interim dividend will be paid as a PID, net of withholding tax where appropriate.

The Board subsequently announced on 30 March 2020 that it has decided that it is no longer appropriate to recommend the final dividend of 14.8 pence per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2019. The resolution relating to the proposed 2019 final dividend will consequently not be put to a shareholder vote at the AGM on 28 April 2020.

Where did you get these news from please?... Cash dividend should go up... Hopefully close to pre-covid... Hope it's not scrip again as i got enough shares now...
