Well, yes, of course I agree with you that the quicker they had moved the better... But I cannot imagine that the new Ceo would not have been aware of the matter of costs from day one... IMO They seem to be an experienced lot, and if they could have cut costs on day one they would have done it already... Not being an expert businessman I can only guess there is some process they have to go through which takes its time.... As investor I continue to feel positive about the new Ceo (I am sure she is not perfect, though)
