has anybody got his shares with Interactive Investor?... Could you please say if they allow the SCRIP?

I got the feeling something else is going on. I can't imagine the company delaying results has anything to do with. If we are in line with expectations, there should be no delay in presenting results... Or even giving some presentation prior to results... I mean unless the accountants have run away with the money i might be to some merger or take over issue.

Yuri, can you name please some REITS which have done what you expect HMSO should have done to be in a better - investible - position?... You seem to be telling us that the Directors's plans will end up in disaster and therefore they do not know what they are doing....

FIDELITY, a giant of finance, WILL NOT allow scrip. Just talked to the Fidelity Wealth advisor who confirmed this.

Last time IWEB allowed the scrip.... first they said they would not, but then they changed mind and they did... Maybe you should go back to them and ask why they allowed the scrip on that occasion and not now... Try to be firm and resolute

My broker-form in Italy requires any buyer of right/shares be a qualified professional investor. Is that true for British account holders?

Well, yes, of course I agree with you that the quicker they had moved the better... But I cannot imagine that the new Ceo would not have been aware of the matter of costs from day one... IMO They seem to be an experienced lot, and if they could have cut costs on day one they would have done it already... Not being an expert businessman I can only guess there is some process they have to go through which takes its time.... As investor I continue to feel positive about the new Ceo (I am sure she is not perfect, though)

Last time they did not allow SCrip. If you want the Scrip dividend you might be better off selling your HMSO from Fidelity and buy them from a broker that lets you have it.... DYOR....

I would have thought perfectly normal, reduced assets = reduced staff... It might look like news for The Times, but the Ceo must have been working on it for some time to reach this conclusion

For a long time I have noticed quite a lot of trades listed after the market close of 16:30... they stretch up to 18:00 hrs or maybe even more...
1) Have these trades actually taken place at these listed late times? It seems a bit confusing as to the fact that late trades are actually tagged as late trades but these are not.
3) they are not tagged as uncrossed trades\
3) As these trades have taken place after market closing time, have they been already counted on the closing time price or are they going to be counted on the next opening day share price?
