I have had a very nasty experience with Fidelity, about the very advantageous last scrip dividend by Hammerson. .. HL did process it and so did IWEB and few other brokers... My Hammerson shares are with Fidelity and Fidelity refused to process the very advantageous scrip and I lost a substantial amount.... This matter should be brought to the attention of the authorities... Processing scrip dividends should be a basic service by all stockbrokers... It is very unfair to have it's processing left to the whims of this or that stockbroker... this is a scandalous situation in this day and age... To avoid FIDELITY this time I bought my NRR shares on HL.

It looks like some institutional is selling under the counter...

OIL..... Not all brokers allow scrip dividends as their service.... Ask Hammerson's very upset holders who could not get their recent ENHANCED dividend because their brokers refused to deliver it (Like Fidelity and others)
