Maybe next time you write to them you could underline you have have the EXPLICIT support of close to 6% and growing of POG company shares from PI on this and other public forums and chat rooms

I mean POG has not been delisted for economic reasons or because it was badly run or anything to do with its normal activities and behaviours... As there are war crimes governments can be prosecuted for, why shouldn't there be economic war crimes a government should be responsible for?... what's the difference ? A crime is a crime, isn't it?

what about a PETITION. simply and strongly worded about he main points, without going into details, and we all sign it?

GOT TO MAKE IT EASY FOR ALL ALL OF US TO COMPLAIN! good idea could be if those who are sharper than the rest of us is to write and publish any letter/complaint,etc One for the MP, one for FCA one for the media or 'influencers', etc etc and publish them here living just the space for each of us to paste them into our emails add our names and send them off with a click... Otherwise not many of us will anything either for lack of confidence , energy, or mere desperation....

Petropavlovsk Plc have announced the cancellation of its ordinary shares to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
Shares were suspended from trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange with effect from 7:30am on 12 July 2022 and the cancellation became effective on 20 July 2022.
Please note that under Stocks and Shares ISA regulations, assets that are not listed on a recognised exchange are deemed to be non-qualifying assets and are therefore not eligible to be held in an ISA. We will therefore transfer your Petropavlovsk Plc shares to an investment account in your name. If you do not already have an investment account, we will create one and transfer your shares to this new investment account. Please note that that transfer of shares will count as a withdrawal from you ISA and this will have no effect on your subscription allowance for the current financial year. The shares also cannot be transferred back into your ISA at a later date.
You do not need to take any action as a result of this change.

if PIs here and elsewhere all join and get to 10% of company shares, we could appoint a qualified firm to find some other private funds or backers and get to 30%, and then buy the rest of the shares?... I mean if the company if going to go dirt cheap me might as well buy it ourselves

@dotlink.... Pog's case is very different from seizing oligarchs' and billionaires' yachts and properties... Not all POG PIs are oligarchs and billionaires, where seizing property makes some difference but does not leave them penniless. POG small British investors vary from poor people to rich ones, but I suspect the majority are not rich at all... UK government and LSE have been simply reckless they way they have gone about POG with such huge amount of British small investors involved.

we should still get the trading statements... Being delisted does not mean Pog has ceased trading. Only the statements won't be through the Stock Exchange - but they should be on Pog's site

this is a voluntary delisting... Yes, the situation forced the BOD to delist - but was nor the LSE nor the government , nor Russia to delist it. The BOD delisted it from LSE. the RNS says the BOD delisted the company to protect the interests of the company... So any legal challenge can only aimed at the BOD

JREWIN... good idea to write to MP.... My suggestion is for someone amongst us skilled and expert at writing to their MP, to draft a letter and paste it here, so we can all use it by just adding our name to it and email or post it each to their own MP
