Well you have lived off Russian gas and oil up to now, as you more than likely have lived off Chinese products. If you have not invested in Russia/china directly then the companies you invested in had some connection with them anyway. If you tell me you do not invest at all and all your money is in the bank - then your bank would more than likely be directly or directly have been investing in dictatorships.... You don't have India-connected investments then, either?

Which military war has Russia ever won since 1945?... The only real success Russia ever had was supporting Vietnam - then Russia just went dabbling here and there in the various world poorest regions just playing chess. Afghanistan, the only war Russia directly fought was a disaster. The WW2 immense Russian sacrifice against nazi Germany was only possible for the immense faith Russian people (rightly or wrongly) had at the time in Communism.... No way Russian people would sacrifice themselves for Putin as they did in the past for Communism.... Already the Russian youth are not enthusiastic about Putin and so larger and larger section of older Russians. That's why I believe we might witness a quite drastic change in Russia and quite soon. Western capital will be rushing back into Russia the moment they sniff this is next and there is money to be made, no argument will stop capitalist greed.

well, there is the military war, with lives and properties lost or destroyed, with all its emotions. But, as usual, the real war will be won or lost on the economy. China has learnt that very well. That's why China has been very patient on Hong Kong and Taiwan. Chine knows only too well that - at least so far - they can't jeopardize their economy for the sake of a military victory. Russia is doomed for putting military success before the welfare of their economy. Even a now increasingly unlike Russian war victory would still make Russia the loser

I am against Poly splitting now... However this war ends Putin's (Russia') standing has been heavily and permanently damaged... I don't see any new iron curtain coming up... Russia's will soon be welcoming back Western investments. If they don't the Russian people will be asking their leaders why Ukraine will be boosting forward into one of the world most modernized nations and they are not. Very tough times ahead for Russia indeed

military exercises are like military parades, they are just formalities... China is in very good relations with Ukraine. Zielensky (and everyone else) knows very well China cannot condemn openly Russia due to its balancing act with USA. But China is poised to be one of the primary re-builders of Ukraine whenever the war comes to an end and whether is won by Russia or by the West

If as few posters say there is no problem with FS and financing and producing infrastructure and there is so much gold in HAV, well, why aren't NCM and GGP rushing to get the gold out?... It seems that the leisure pace they go about it smells of some difficulties we are not aware of, IMO

there is the traditional view saying dividend should be cut in favor of investing its money in growth... However is not as simple as that... Enhanced dividends are vital to increase and hold long term dividend investors as well as attract new ones (looking for better dividends)...

Great idea to contact GB news... But we need one of us investors who is very fluent and well versed on POG, possibly with past experience with similar situations, to represent all of us and talk to the media... All who think they can do a proper job could come forward and we all vote to pick up one or two
