Someone is responsible for something which has brought the company to AIM suspension and extremely close to complete delisting... We PIs have been close and livid with a real nightmarish prospect of even losing our investments. It's complete madness to think NO ONE is paying a real price for this. Gatemore has been very clear in who to blame, Mr Series. Either Mr Series inform us PIs with the same clearness as Gatemore about his reasons for staying on, or pay the damage he caused and be replaced... These are not assumptions, these are clear demands requiring full satisfaction

Mr Series gotta go... To force Gatemore to have him kicked out just shows his utter lack of sane judgement

thank for the reply, Rusty... Yes, I know no -win no fee lawyers taking on only cases where they are pretty certain to win. But that also depends on the lawyers themselves(skill, expertise, sharpness, knowledge, etc), i.e. some of them see things others might not in case. I assume the No-win no-fee industry is rich with examples of winning cases refused by some legal firms and then picked up by others (and viceversa, of course).

with any investment there is a risk of total loss whether the company warns you or not. But each case is particular and individual depending on its circumstances

the most ever important thing is that we are not delisted. As long as we keep the listing all the rest will take care of itself. What's happened to POG IN MY OPINION is that the board was not either skilled/good enough to keep the company listed for whatever reason
