Unfortunately, Covid is now heading for a second wave in USA and other populous third world countries are still at risk of re-igniting further infectious chain reactions back in developed economies Sept/Oct/Nov - a "perfect storm" in fact. The prospect for ODX's SP increasing is very high now, irrespective of any misc. chatter otherwise. It won't take much positive newsflow to kick it back up materially since the majority of world economies are desperate for progress in reliable and ease of use /relatively low cost diagnostic platforms.

Fantastic news in the RNS tonight. Finance that will facilitate takeoff of this company and passage into AND beyond break even with continued revenue out performance. Excellent low 15% discount to current share price indicates great confidence in the business from within the investment community. No where near the deep discount and equity dilution that some feared. The financing will clearly very much de risk the capital structure of ITX. I did forecast 3p share price I recall a few weeks ago for Calendar year end that will be easily smashed now! :-). “Houston we have lift off “. Great revenue growth numbers...outstanding

Chaps, the cash that's just come in at £8.00 has reduced the risk slightly of the overall capital structure going forwards - its a good thing (e.g. conversely, a few weeks ago lots of folks sold the OXB shares at undervalue because of some 'purely on paper' accounting guidance saying the business was - in the very worst case - only able to sustain itself without fund raisings for the short-medium term. It also means there is more optionality for future strategic investment as management described and OXB can make a good return on each £ raised - so this is a very positive thing not negative as some believe - we can get cheap funds close to the existing SP and increase the size of the cake with some new shares in circulation. Hence with the additional cash the SP should continue to rise very soon as PI's realize this... In addition OXB is also more attractive now to other FTSE 250 funds, non just the trackers that have to buy in (£££).

Don't forget that the merger party could easily be a private diagnostics player like Abingdon Health - a late stage Venture Capital funded entity - they are expanding their lateral flow quick testing technologies and are growing like mad (e.g. part of the UK Rapid Test Covid Consortium). Then the legacy MTFB Antibiotic asset could be divested over time without a fire sale. Its looking positive - my investment this morning of £3.9k was reported as a SELL to keep the price down I suspect...:-)

With the large buying patterns and increased tail-winds of covid resurgence news a covid transaction RTO is more likely now than in the last 3 weeks IMO. Clearly there are some folks in the know buying since one would not normally fork out such large sums as a gambling option....in fact Im not surprised there must be north of 50 + insiders including corp finance, accounting tax legal and valuations professionals. Im guessing working on this transaction with a possible leak of intelligence highly probable in my view.

All the derampers now coming out of the woodwork. Surprise!!! If there is no tax losses available then could be other tax attributes? Nevertheless its still not a simple cash shell as you fail to admit. Why all the interest on this little failing stock then chaps? Answer; They want to pick up your shares at below fair value. Not mine friends. Lets see the outcome and then let's see who was correct. Ive got my big stake @ 0.7p in this...how much have you all put in then? Please keep waiting and dont buy is my advice and go off elsewhere. Hasn't about 100m gone into R&D on our side so why you fail to think why a resultant residual 50m in MTFB today is unreasonable escapes me. Im off to relax now and wait for further news on this one then we can chat again.

BF There is in fact value in THIS cash shell. As follows;
1. The antibiotic is a clinically advanced pharma asset that is not yet dead...they just could not finance its progress alone and hence the current situation.
2. Massive tax losses that can easily shelter future profits . The net present value possibly may be 50m GBP to the right merger party.
3. Clinical data and market access intellectual property
4. Some cash
5. Avoids someone having to incur listing costs possibly with time savings maybe worth 1 to 2 m GBP.

So its just a cash shell BF?? Get your facts RIGHT and stop misleading people.

I agree completely. Timing is now very close as both parties will want to expedite this ASAP. Market is figuring what’s going on. To avoid speculative volatility they should announce the deal. I think a 150mGBP ENTERPRISE VALUE is minimum I would expect for the two assets and the LEGACY MTFB ownership ratio will be approx 35%. So I think that translates to approx 50mGBP OR A 10x share price rise on deal announcement. Don’t wait too long to jump on board you will kick yourself if you are left short... ??

Mist clears at last....this is the favorite corporate marriage that is the subject of the RTO I'm quite sure of that given all the pieces of the jigsaw puzzle we now have... not long to go now for a big lift off!

PS. I'm a long term growth investor not a ramper/dumper and won't be selling until I get at least a 3x return on this!

Definitely well undervalued now that's for sure ( I'm loaded up already just a tad north of the current price otherwise I would be buying more if I had spare cash!). Just awaiting the commercial deals and revenue updates coming soon then investor interest will be back IMO. This is currently under the radar until then, but I agree totally with the 3.0p prediction since this is where ITX is going in the short term as a high growth entity with its quality "blue chip" customer portfolio. Its a dead cert. for doubling your money at today's share price so my advice is get aboard and just relax and wait for the Covid related outperformance RNS revenue newsflow that is certainly coming soon!

Does anyone know a rough estimate on net debt in the company?

Just seen some emerging news on covid prevalence for spain and UK - seems that only approx 4-5% of population is estimated to have been exposed to Covid-19 to date meaning that lockdowns have largely worked BUT there is thus a very high chance of a resurgence given that people are now hacked off with sitting at home. So ITX here is your chance as people get extra clean at home and work for the rest of 2020 -21 until a good vaccine comes along...--->>>>>revenues $$$$ ching ching! As I said get on board below 2p before the further ITX positive news flows hit the radar. BTW; I suspect that <5% exposure to date is an average for rest of world developed economies (that includes the US too) where reasonable lockdowns have been implemented March - May. Seems logical given the www."Worldometers" reported infections v's the many infected patients that never get tested or even presented to the healthcare systems with medium / mild or no symptoms at all...not too many aged over 40 will be tempted eating out of their homes for a while so dishwashers will be busy IMO.

"All aboard"....my advise is to grab some pretty little shares at this low share price (sub 2.0p). The expected positive revenue news flows through the next 2-3 months will facilitate debt and/or equity financing as the business continues to out-perform driven by strong Covid related tailwinds. Not sure how long this recovery stock will stay this low as Management's negotiating position re: working capital financing is getting much stronger not weaker as the days pass.
