Why are we getting hung up on polygon. They did their research and worked out a massive probable under valuation at this current share price as we all have. Its simple. They want big return in the near term future and its 95%+ certain and better than going to the bookies..

The only mechanism I can see is that since SNG001 reduces viral load in the lung, then there are less infectious particles free or expelled to invade other tissues or organs and overall infectious severity is reduced. There could be a critical mass of viral disease that is needed to cause other vascular damage.

Businesses evolve their capital and investment strategy to align to economic demand and changes in corporate leadership and redirection IS therefore ALLOWED and welcomed.... . .EG. Although Daimler-Benz is best known for its Mercedes-Benz automobile brand, during World War II, it also created a notable series of engines for German aircraft, tanks, and submarines. I think that the flu will kill more people this year since all the old frail folks on life's treadmill have been protecting themselves for 2 years from covid and inadvertently all other dangerous respiratory viruses...but now they are freely circulating again thanks to de-lock down back to new normal Everyone has to die of something unfortunately, and eventually the other viruses catch up with you if your unlucky enough to be very susceptible..

It will be interesting to hear the discussion between the chair Kate Bingham and our SNG team because about 1 year ago I wrote to Kate, and certain prominent MPs flagging up the urgent issue in non acceleration of therapeutic advances due to excessive focus on the ruddy vaccines!!! My letter was ignored ?? even though I went to Univ with her and was in the same Biochem group of 1983-87....very sad.

Chilting. That's the forward looking management view...very rosy in my opinion. Growth nailed on here and low risk growth platform due to key branded product uptake that they cannot easily reformulate or refocus. I stick with my 12p year end exit price

It's timed at 2.45pm on LSE. Why is that after hours?
There are some strange big movements in and out in recent days, something unusual is happening but not sure what yet since average trades have been quite modest in the recent past and only very recently there ate some very big investments placed. Any views anyone?

ITX potential means to has to be a strong leading contender;
1.  Global market size potential is massive and ITX are still at a micro cap. sized market share penetration level. 
2.  Disruptive technology to convert existing formulations driven by clear cost, environmental and performance advantages.
3.   Unique ring fenced IP position with patents,  trade secrets, manufacturing knowhow and processes / formulations = IP moat
4.  Increasingly sticky embedded customer relationships with large branded blue chip organisations using chemistry for competive performance and marketing message advantages with high barriers to switching away from ITX.  Growing perpetuity cashflows with low client attrition.
5.  High R&D investment leads to many product application avenues and high market access diversification potential in the medium term
6.  Green market tailwinds growing in strength every single day
7.  Awareness level of company still extremely low from a private and institutional investor perspective which means steadily increasing investor interest and growing investor sentiment over time.
8.  Ability to merge synergistically with other green polymer chemical entities to ratchet up size and valuation multiples
9.   Current valuation sits well below aggregate historical cost of investment due to prior delay to adoption curve that now is being realised and de risked
10.  Possibility of a trade sale at health bid premium. Say 50% plus minimum given strategic importance of ITX' s product and IP position.
11.  Current ratcheting up of marketing communications and market facing message accessing greater market growth opportunities.

Anyone know conclusively what's going on with supply and demand here? Larger buys being sneeked through by MMs a lower prices. WTF is going on? I'm not ramping on deramping just want an analytical view pls? Guesses?

My belief is that 12p is the best midpoint value estimate for a minority holding right now in ITX based on the IP Group follow on financing WC round. I'm then expecting a doubling in the SP every year from now so 24p by late Summer 2022 based on organic revenue growth. This has a root and branch growth structure through market extension and differentiation into diverse market channels and clients. Its a big market opportunity so can easily double in value each year is my opinion as it derisks and diversifies.

Was a very large amount of shares for a PI a few days ago, could this have been a first "Green Fund" investment possibly encouraged by Finncap chattering around the institutional investor community? Was IP Group aware of possible access from this possible channel when they came in at 12p? All conjecture, but a possible given the large number of shares acquired.

Verney, I think any of the current larger downstream customers would certainly not let ITX get into cashflow difficulties as they have altrady massively invested in their own product franchises and supply stability. They would offer a loan or buy an equity stake. Nil risk from an ITX perspective in this regard is my opinion...

Agree a big licensing deal is more probable with an upfront well above the current mkt cap. That way SNG maintains control to slice up the value pie to third parties based on discrete disease area and specific geographies in a step by step manner maximising shareholder value.

Smart investor just adding, if you put a DCF valuation on this growth at quite low risk discount rates since most supply is anchored into large multinational branded products which are perpetuity based revenues you can easily surpass the current mkt cap. Once investors twig this them its back up to 12p North. .....I'll give it until the end of the year as I said, all it takes is another RNS with the obvious revenue and profit growth on the way.

Can anyone get access to this II document? If Fincap are focused on shareholder/ investor communications to specialist buyers wanting high growth in the green economy or defensive stocks then great news and next few months SP trending upside again soon.

I think we are looking at least a five bagger from here within 6 months is my expectation and I would be quite unimpressed if the Board tries to sell it on for less. Should be 400k upside for me. ;-) and a good Xmas this year.
