Thanks Axe. Really good understanding imparted to us all. I think the other factor which is secondary but important is the patient demand side. Personally if I knew there was a gold standard treatment that was really good at suppressing further virus replication at the breathlessness stage (that could easily lead to death) I would be 200% more motivated to seek treatment. Eg SNG001. If I'm feeling only mildly flu like, I'd be tempted to wait to see how it progressed as in most cases you don't progress to breathlessness or hospitalisation rosk status anyway. Even if symptoms started to get hospital like there is always the gold standard treatment option avoiding the potential side effects of the pills. I also think Pfizer et al know they have a veey limited time to make market noise before SNG001 comes on line as I think it will be a turbo charged game changer on top of these other so called game changers.

It's good public and scientific awareness of genetic issues for sub populations getting severe covid. Great. For SNG too. Its on ITV news just now.

This is a good review. They say its a risk factor but not totally correlating in some populations. That's because there are also other genetic malfunctions of INF genes too overlaying this...

Seriously - can we as a group please home in on a likely/illustrative timeline for P3 SPRINTER preliminary readout results based on some of our clinical trial savvy insights and posters from this BB:
1. So if last patient is dosed on Nov 20th (say) - does that then mean there is a rough 4 week period of observation for that last patient before final the data can be extracted and studied in totality for the entire clinical study. Or has our CRO been able to process the patient results as we progress along clinically (obviously in strict confidence and NOT informing SNG or anyone else other than the safety monitoring board or is that not allowed under good clinical practices)?
2. Then there is possibly, say 2-3 weeks? of data crunching / analysis, statistical stuff and correlation of efficacy and safety observed against various patient factors and profiles assuming CRO cannot start data analysis until all the data is in the database.
3. Communication of results and findings to SNG CEO/specialists and regulators then re-challenging the findings and questions iteration say 2 weeks
4. Say 1 week delay for RNS construction and preliminary headline news release planning
So Im guessing about 11 weeks post 20 November as a non Clinical CRA process non specialist estimate assuming xmas will consume 1 week also - comments very welcome from more CRA savvy folks.

Yes and it also means that the SP is already at a discount caused by the supply channel correction issue "hyper stock up" then "natural reduction" after the worst of the Covid effect during H2020 / H1 2021 and the supply de-stocking effect RNS we had that hit the SP already. So the only way is up for the SP now IMV (e.g. I think we are at the maximum discount to fair value right now). Good luck holders, just wait for re-balancing effect upwards on this at year end once folks clearly see demand/revenue again now at or beyond breakeven.

All (or very much all) of ITX current investors are LONG on this stock with sticky hands - its a good sign that ITX intrinsic value is well above the current 6p SP and considering 12p is IP Group's inside view via last round of investment.
No problem. Just wait a few months for H2 high growth results being maintained and / or major client adds or new technology agreements which are in the pipeline.

I really think it's Government head in sand time. They really haven't got the knowhow and importantly the b*llocks to tell Joe public what is really going on. I've not seen or heard much about variants from them anymore and what the Government will do if we have virus bleed-through from the current vax immunity spectrum in the population. Please urgently sign off SNG001. The Spitfires may have to come out if the hanger even before clinical due process is completed.

I think this uptrend represents daily add ons or generalised steady buying from new investors in the pool of possible market buyers. The historic share base I think was mainly a core of techie life science savvy investors that understood the science and evolving pandemic and large respiratory subsidiary markets and those reading alot on the likes of this BB.
The new ones will be less science savvy and coming across to SNG based on global newsflows highlighting therapy advances and re emergent virus threats. I THINK 1 TO 2% uptick in SP per day as a background trend but lest see

Correct. Poly want as many cheap shares they can get. If you don't sell any the price will rise as they need to force sellers to sell up to say 350p I'm guessing as there is still substantial economic upside for them even at that price.

Matterhorn good post. Correct I think paragon are racing against the clock to grab shares at a lowish entry price before gradual uptick in the SP which maybe forthcoming due to events outside their direct control. And importantly if there is an unforeseen early bidder. I was thinking today that some bidders will wait for phase 3 readout, so if I were the more needy patent challenged pharma I would go early at this and perhaps reduce those willing to bid with me by response. That's my take. I know GSK were very clever with their VIIV partnership deal and value segmentation so it's not put of the question there is a deal being cooked early by one of the bigger players. I'm not trying to ramp just sharing thoughts. I don't need to ramp your all sold anyway on this stock.

So what do we conclude:
A. Polygon are crazy keen for undervalued assets and are digging in their pockets to access more shares creatively at low cost to them (eg a margin) or
B. They have a background motive to facilitate some sort of M&A transaction and want voting power.?
Either way it's all positive since we are following the clever money here....and big returns almost nailed on for current holders

Isn't it a bit like taking a loan to acquire value upside on these shares? Very confident these polygon folks and using other entity capital to finance their return.

In these times of choppy waters and dangerous smelly beasts lurking everywhere its best to bank your golden tickets at home for a while and go to your local "salty sea dog" ale house, put your feet up and wait for sunnier weather appearing very soon, before setting sale to a Caribbean island with your well earned treasure chest (Q1 22).
