If you call questioning your narrative insulting, then I guess I am guilty. If you chose to be affronted by banters, then I am guilty. If you are hurt by emojis' I am guilty.

The fact of the matter is plain for all to see. You sold because you believe SBTX is no longer a good investment for reasons you have stated and reasons you prefer not to clarify. For example, making allegations about the CEO, a bit like Megan Markel accusing a royal of being a ****** for asking a simple question.

Nobody I confer with is expecting a wowing from the pending results - we pretty much know what they are already. We hope for positive news on the forward statement, but most likely, we will be made to wait for New Year, when I'd expect commercial news on the Croda/Sederma front and, hopefully, some news on at least one MN deal, which is needed to boost morale. But, I guess you will continue playing the victim because you have dug yourself a hole with friends, relatives, and, no doubt, business partners. You have persuaded them to sell; that is on you, not us or Stuart. Trolling investors because you lost your nerve is perhaps not the best use of your time.

I agree with the need for regular news, BUT there are constraints we investors often hate.

Stuart has indicated several times he does not want SBTX to be news driven. However, the nature of the beast (SBTX) is listed on AIM and, of course, is an early-stage development Company and therefore will always be news-driven. News generates churn in PI interest. A Company can only assist in the less volatile churn by delivering on the Corporate strategy and attracting new investors to help liquidity. I think Stuart understands this better than his early remarks that go back a couple of years, hence why he has been willing to engage with investors via podcasts. We also need to play our part by being more patient, and understanding NDAs have a place in business strategies, like it or not. SBTX are not in control of most of the news I am sure the Company would like to share.

The issue I have with such a public announcement is it puts the Company under pressure, which can be leveraged by a third party. Worse, if the deal falls flat, it creates uneasy SP volatility.

The last RNS declared the Company on 31 August "While it enters discussions with potential parties around out-licensing, Management continues to look at developing new markets and refining its operations to build a stronger validation case around the AxisBiotix-PS product." In a podcast with me, Stuart described these are "multinationals." and went into details of what the negotiations look like. The fact there are multiple potential partners must take longer because they will be, by their nature, more complex.

Ref negotiating with a multinational(s) can be very complex, especially when legal is involved. They tend to drag their feet if only to create the illusion of required time and time equals plenty of billable hours.

I guess the ongoing formulation for the next probiotic will have a bearing on the situation. This has not been completed yet, so if an MN wants the whole pillar, I expect the next commercial probiotic to have a bearing. These are simplistic hurdles; I am sure there are far more complexities behind the scenes, such as SBTX territorial access, MN and other potential commercial part territories, etc. There is a lot to unpick, which takes time and care. I would rather the deal be right for the Company, and if it takes twelve months are so, so be it.

Or December, as they have previously. They may lump Croda news in the annual report, so my guess is the first or second week of December.

How sugar is making us sick!

Insightful documentary. Explains how the food and beverage industry uses sugar as means to substitute as a cheaper alternative to more expensive ingredients.

Sugar is also used to make us eat more because of its know effect on the signals to the brain. Essentially, we eat not because we are hungry, but because sugar is additive. It’s in everything processed we eat and drink. It’s almost impossible not to overdose on sugars.

The big question as far as SweetBiotix is concerned, is is it cheaper than sugar and will the big corps adopt it if it kills the golden goose without government mandating sugar reduction?

Sugar needs banning. It’s negative impact on life and costs too healthcare is enormous.

You should note one or two significant clues in the two para extracted from the excellent IC article. You seem incapable of spotting them, likely due to a blinkered view, which often clouds the mind. This suggests that you are perhaps not a good pseudonym to take seriously.

I send out a brief Q&A I had with SOH last night. As you may know, I don’t cover OPTI. However, where possible, I have no issue with approaching SOH with PI queries on behalf of members.

SOH has left the door ajar for a phone call before he goes on holiday tomorrow.

If there are unanswered question (reasonable) I may take SOH up on the phone call. But I don’t want to waste his time before he leaves for a well earned break.
