The RNS was quite specific in the change in strategy. It had nothing to do with Stuart "mentioning it to me." Read the RNS properly before jumping off the cliff and trying to pull me over with you. I am trying to help; can you not see this?

The clues to your concerns are contained in the RNS. Sadly, you seem to have clouded your judgement. I had the opportunity to probe, therefore, gain greater insight. You need to remember SBTX is the board's first PLC gig and heavily relies on the NOMAD to steer them drafting an RNS. NOMADS tend not to care about retail PI understanding the nuances that we tend to want in an RNS. Would you rather people like me ask for colour and context? If I did not ask specific questions, some PIs would still be trying to work out why AxisBiotix sales are just £75k during this period.

Ask yourself why the board would essentially turn their back on a combined £1.2m >? It should be obvious. The only question left is, do you trust the board?

I got the answer to your question. From where I’m standing on the garden path I can see over the fence and it’s greener than some PI think.

Having spoken to SA at length, I am far happier about the £75k figure, knowing the reason for it and the profit warning earlier in the year. The board have taken a £1.2m bet on the potential of the preferred global distributor. Investors need to apply the same logic our new member of LSE has not. :)

I have had a long chat with Stuart. I am taking a break from the draft. There is a plan to record a zoom podcast, possibly Friday, TBC.

We now know why the £1.2m was withdrawn (good news if confirmed complete). And as far as the algo is concerned. How many caveats does one need? I was pretty clear!

I'm more concerned with opening and closing a door a dozen times before walking through it and back again, only to find another door and go through the whole process again. It is tiring! :)

My 9142 was also listed as a sell. That's normal when the spread is tight. My buy was a round-up operation. I do not like oddments within my portfolio for too long.

In the interest of keeping my head on my shoulders, I will keep mum until such a time as SBTX can confirm the research is accurate or I'm told I'm a fool. At this moment, there is not a cat in hell's chance of Stuart commenting for obvious reasons.

SA is not allowed to sit on price-sensitive news, bad or good. So he plays a straight bat, just as any CEO worth his salt should.

I strongly suspect a potential nuke will surprise investors if I am correct with my research. Sadly, I am not able to ask for obvious reasons. However, assuming I am right, I have prep ready for a blockbuster update. For now, the wise thing to do is to believe I am wrong for now. :)

If it’s free placement, which appears to be the case, we can’t complain. I’m more concerned with the misinformation contained within the editorial which has potentially set unrealistic expectation on “peak results within two weeks.” This is misleading and poor journalism. Hopefully, potential subscriber will be aware the skin cycle is 28 days and the gut flora are key to establishing noticeable benefits, which I know are different for everyone.

I have flagged this with Stuart. I hope he can get an amendment.

SkinBiotix existed before SOH. UoM, like many uni's have a strategy of developing ltd companies. SOH had the vision to see the potential ahead of someone else.

SOH uses a 1/3, 1/3 and 1/3 metric for failure, success (expectations) and over-perform. I have always known this to be for commercial agreements. I.e., products actually launched and not precommercial.

I feel sorry for the board because they have brilliant IP, and outstanding products that should be in a wide range of everyday food, beverage, baked, confectionary as well as frozen good. Sadly, the dam scamdemic had turned the world upside down. It has become increasingly obvious partners have delayed product development, product launches and investment. It's impossible to plan for this.

It is worse. The following is an extract from August 2019. The numbers are direct quotes from SOH. But, I stress they were never forecasts.

These agreements have been identified as small ( up to £250k pa), medium (c£500k - £750k pa) and large (£750 - £1m + pa), and multinationals (huge), where estimates could be more than retail deals once fully operational. These figures are intended to guide the potential revenues as each one comes on stream. The huge deals with multinationals, like TATA, unnamed US pharma, and retail deals yet to be announced, which are expected to yield c£5-6m pa, are considered huge.

That would be a breach of the lock-in period. OPTI claim to be well funded, and with PBX also supported and reduced PLC costs for OPTI, I am less concerned come November. However, I think OPTI investors will be less forgiving if OPTI were to sell more family silver. I have already suggested to SOH by doing so; he has effectively told the market OPTI growth is not sufficient to fund itself.

SBTX investors should concern themselves with pending oral news, which will almost certainly be rewarded with a third commercial agreement, which may land an upfront payment.

We need our sulky investors to finish sulking and allow us to crack on. :)
