I don't think we'll be £1 a share for any Bushranger sale. I don't have a specific value in mind but would expect there to be relatively safe value of 15p a share for XTR this year. I would hope there is much more than 15p with the Manica and Zambia assets included. I tend to read Andrew's calculations on potential income, asset value and share price predictions with interest. I try to keep a feet on the ground approach to my investments and try to be realististic about any risks and conservative about any upside. However, I do occasionally get carried away dreaming about what we might find in the potential feeder zone between Racecourse and Ascot :-). So long as I can see a relatively safe upside to the share I am happy to remain invested and reassess as the story unfolds. Here's hoping we see a significant rerate in the next couple of months.

Thanks Spudpicker. I forgot to mention that we have at least 2 copper-gold porphyries in Australia with Ascot having apparently higher levels of gold. How could I have forgotten to mention the GOLD in Australia????? :-)))))

AFP has done deals with both First Quantum and Sandfire since listing last year

Yes they are progressing the 'decision to mine' through resource expansion, pit optimisation, metallurgical work and various other supporting activities.

GLR has a variety of exploration assets and has recently started receiving income from Star Zinc in Zambia. Lots of cash in the bank with much more to come. Items of interest, in no particular order, include
1. Recent sale of Glenover assets with some funds received and more expected.
2. Sale of some of their licences in the KCB, Botswana to Sandfire in 2021. Sandfire purchased a first right of refusal for GLRs retained licences in Botswana. GLR now hold Sandfire shares.
3. Sandfire acquired a tranche of shares in GLR.
4. Revenue from the Star Zinc asset in Zambia.
5. Exploration to be progressed on Kash itu asset in Zambia with expectations of significant long term revenue.
6. Recent JV on Luansobe project in Zambia. This appears to be highly prospective with massive medium term potential.
7. Exploration of highly prospective tenements in the KCB, Botswana which have been retained by GLR.
8. Recently acquired Shinganda project in Zambia.

I'll try to add some detail to the above bullet points later.

XTR have been drilling in the Lachlan Fold, NSW, Australia.
AA have a first right of refusal to buy back EL5574 from XTR. This buyback agreement is discussed in the original presentation when XTR were acquiring the tenement

The resource has expanded significantly in the last 18 months and the expectation is that we are close to, or have reached the 2mt. In addition, XTR have been progressing the 'decision to mine' trigger for the AA buy back.
I'm not convinced AA is necessarily our most likely customer. However, the following has made me wonder.
Legacy Mineral's licences in Rockley are pretty much surrounded by XTR's licences. Legacy Minerals recently posted the following presentation on their website and at approx 2mins 15 an Anglo transaction in Rockley is mentioned. Have AA been sniffing around the XTR tenements recently?

The Australian asset is only part of XTR's portfolio of assets. There is income being produced from alluvial and hard rock gold in Mozambique. The expectation is that the Fairbride gold mine in Mozambique will be in production in the next month or two. This should provide significant additional revenue to XTR.
XTR also have assets in Zambia.

I assume it's Orosur Mining and the Anza project that was being referred to.

I think it is definitely worth investors looking at MidnightSun for a comparison, where they were when the JV was agreed and what their current market cap is. Of course their story isn't over.

I think it is worth looking at MidnightSun and comparing to where ARC are currently with where MidnightSun were when they agreed terms for JV. Market Cap comparisons are also interesting. I posted the following previously but is worth highlighting again
ARC have what appear to be promising licences but so far have found very little to back that up. 4.3m @ 0.59% copper per the Sept RNS was their most promising discovery to date.
A major would not only have to take the risk that there was a significant resource on the licences but also have to pay for the exploration to find and define it.

The figures give an idea of the cost they would expect to spend on exploration.

I would suggest that anyone invested in this company considers having the post below removed from the board. It is not factual and my investment position hasn't changed

The SP for MFC is variable - The POW RNS announcing it is slightly clearer than the KAV one.
Agree about Molopo Farms and KCB, although MFC looks promising.

Thanks Metalhead, I can sort of see your logic but assuming that they were in possession of the news yesterday they could have released it yesterday and then asked for a 2 week extension?
Just in case I can start another avenue of speculation Sanfire delayed the release of their annual results from this week to Monday.

I agree the delay could be for many reasons but I think I'm missing some of the logic from your theory. If they needed to extend to give the SP a chance to react to inside info why would they annnouce this extension and then a further extension rather than just announce a 2-3 week extension today?

BTW the 6pm I quoted earlier comes from the POW RNS.

The VWAP SP would have meant giving away more shares. A 6pm deadline on Monday suggests Monday's VWAP will be included in the 10 day VWAP if exercised. Your speculation sounds about right.
