I am not suggesting the LEL has been lost.
The settlement RNS states ARC are losing Zamsort.
The EA with AA was for Zaco and Zamsort (not Handa) according to the RNS. We (will shortly) no longer own Zamsort which from any historic info issued by the company suggests we no longer a large part of the licence area. It requires something in an RNS to clarify the issue. I am happy to be proven wrong. Can anyone can show me info officially released by ARC that confirms Zamsort does not own the LEL it previously did?
Consider the situation as a new investor looking at the company.

The NOMAD and Broker are the same company. In their recent note on ARC they stated something that suggested Zamsort owned Cheyeza. If they are confused what hope is there for new investors! ARC need to issue something to clarify the situation. The RNS specifying the settlement requires the info on the new companies and/or licence areas in order that it fulfils it's obligation on reporting.

Can you please guide me on how any incestor, using officially released documents, can determine what licence areas will be retained by ARC. I have looked at the last issued annual report and skimmed info released since then. I can find nothing that gives me confidence Cheyeza at al aren't held by Zamsort. I am quite happy to admit I may be missing something.
What will any investor who does adequate dd conclude?

I don't think there is a way to determine exactly what the settlement entails. Any potential l investors who want clarity on what ARC retain are left wondering
'the Company has agreed to transfer to the claimant parties the entire issued share capital of Zamsort held by the Arc group (being 66% of the issued share capital of Zamsort)'

I am not suggesting ARC have given away more than previously discussed but a company/licence structure needs to be issued. Anyone looking at previous info issued by the company may well decide that ARC have lost the most prospective part of their licence area!

Having read the 28th Feb RNS again I was struck by the statement about B1 being identified through 2 TDEMs. I may have missed this already being discussed but wondered if the fact that it was 2 TDEMs was part of the 1 conductor/ 2 conductor issue? They have announced the dimensions of the loops for the new TDEMs.

IF there is a JV with a significant global player then I would expect there to be a serious effort to get everything in place before the mining indaba in May. I have no idea on timescales to get the consent orders. Zambia will want to showcase their 'mining friendly' environment.

RNS with new permits on the way?

I had thought that the mining cadastre may not be updated with current moratorium on the issuing of licences. It appears that there are still updates being made. Tonawanda appear to have given up on their takeover of Sentinel....

Obviously being self obsessed is not a desirable trait but it's reassuring to know complete strangers are not carrying around a strange obsession with me :-).
I did previously have a small holding in ARCM and I recently added to it. Wise or not we will see.

I've answered the question multiple times; most recently on Friday.
I haven't analysed the accounts in any depth but my 3 initial thoughts are
1. The situation at period end didn't look too healthy.
2. The funds from warrants exercised post period end improves the position (as previously highlighted by Turtlewax).
3. Audited accounts MAY be another stepping stone to getting the investment for CASA finalised.

Rackla accounts for period to 31st Dec and a Management Discussion and Analysis report are available on Sedar.

I'm not sure what the obsession is with XTR. I hear ARCM are expecting to complete a sale of CASA in the near future and are in discussions with AA amongst others. I'm expecting great things here and have recently added to my 'huge' holding :-).

I think the only new info the report gives, regarding ARC, is the number of ARC shares disposed of prior to the 31st Dec. This could previously have been guestimated from the cash flow report. I agree not a massive piece of news but some may find it relevant. :-)

I assume the implication is that I am the ever discussed Colin Bird. I am not and I have no idea if CB was particularly interested in the 2 Alvis Crest Botswana licences. You may wish to look at the large number of licences that AFP and GLR acquired in Botswana. QH who was going to list Virgo and helped find one of the large discoveries in Botswana has been assisting GLR with their exploration of the Botswana licences. I suspect he also holds a reasonable number of shares in GLR and XTR. If those 2 licences were of particular interest to CB , assuming they were part of the original set of Virgo licences then I am GUESSING that one of 'his' companies would now own them. I am not suggesting that this makes the 2 licences any less valuable.

That branch has been broken a few times but perhaps something can be salvaged.

Since those pesky LSE filters appear to be giving you trouble you may find the following interesting :-). I came across this map. It appears to give more / easier to read info on synclines and anticlines than other maps I've seen. Not sure how accurate it is. Figure 1
