Today's TVR now aligns with Companies House but I'm not aware of which RNS that additional equity was issued under.
Anyone know what RNS contains the extra equity issued?

Interesting suggestion Overtrader. There is a new confirmation statement in companies house (which would have been due anyway) but it is locked for processing. Kanye Resources is now showing as a Public Limited Company - I think it was private previously but can't say for certain?

I agree that the second delay is odd. The delay in the RNS release suggests that there has been some issues to be resolved between the parties. Evrima own a chunk of the project. I know nothing about Evrima but presumably they would want to ensure they got maximum benefit from any option work performed.

You may wish to have a look at GLR . It has lots of great exploration assets, money in the bank, a revenue stream from Zinc in Zambia and has already completed a deal with Sandfire.

Does anyone know how many shares POW currently own and if the MFC deal would mean that they cross a reporting threshold?

Has BT ever addressed the issue of a substitute for metal casing? I know in one interview he referred to resin casing but he knew resin wasn't the word he was looking for.
Does anyone knows if composite casing is available and a solution to the issue with DHEMs? If it's available does it need a special rig, is it prohibitively expensive or more difficult to work with?

Are you able to find the contract in the Anglo American RNS releases? If all contract details are made available to shareholders it should be available via their website.
I don't think your argument, even if it were valid, would have any detrimental impact to the value that can be achieved in a sale of Bushranger assets.

I think it's fair not to release any XRF results. However if there was anything likely to be of economic value I think they would have found a way to allude to it in the RNS.

Was the shareholder and share price reaction yesterday that much of shock to KAV that it has impacted their plans for MFC (Whatever they were)?

I would also guess the answer is very straight forward. The agreement for a settlement to the court cases requires licence changes. The minister for mines has to agree these licence changes. No great mystery :-).

I'm not sure how to value ARCM. They have licences in what appears to be a pretty prospective area of Zambia but have not been very successful in finding copper. They have apparently been in talks with a major for the last 19months! They also have a handful of legal cases on their licences. How do you value a bucketful of copper, a handful of legal cases AND an annoying little man?

Your theory sounds good to me! If AA claim they have identified at least 2mt then they will be expecting to pay for at least 2mt. If AA are prepared to risk buying a 2mt resource without the purchaser claiming there is 2mt of copper present then they are super keen. A super keen purchaser providing their own resource estimate sounds fab to me :-).
