Pow had planned to IPO Molopo Farms. I'm guessing Richard Nolan and Christian Schaffalitzky de Muckadell were going to be directors of the listed company. I wonder if this will happen? There is a company Kalahari Key Group in companies house. I wonder if they will do Molopo Farms plus another Botswana project in the same listing (I don't think it would include the kSZ).
Perhaps they are trying to get the IPO off on the back of good news from the KSZ.

I don't know if the Guy made a mistake in his presentation, or he could have meant the prospectore transaction in 2020. I am not aware of AA having other interests in Rockley but happy to be enlightened. These guys are likely to know what's going on with XTR in Australia.

Would nice to get an update that the tenement AA are rumoured to be transacting on in Rockley is EL5574

I think it's probable he made a mistake otherwise I might be inclined to think that AA have been sniffing around Rockley recently. I was never convinced that AA was our most likely customer but that has made me wonder.

Maybe he made a mistake but I am not aware of AA having any recent activity in the area. It could be very recent ;-) or back a year or more ago. It would be good to know if they were up to anything else in the area.

Was the 13th Jan RNS stating that they had established a project team effectively telling us that the JV was go unless they found something discouraging prior to the 20th Feb?

I agree with Andrew's post - it could be read either way- but I am more inclined to believe the buyout terms relate to EL5574 than the deposit itself. Why would AA not be interested in a second deposit say 1km away? I don't know which is the more beneficial way to interpret it - I think in the end it will make little difference.

I am impressed by your answers to the previous queries but I disagree with your final answer. Rothschilds are on a 'success based fee' is what we were told in May. As I have previously posted I suspect Rothschilds were brought in to help solve the CASA and Zambia mess. I would expect there to be some sort of ongoing charge plus an additional fee for success - we haven't been told this but that is my expectation given what I have read about success based fees.

Fair point tk95 - perhaps worth requesting a 1-2-1 meeting.

When the deal to purchase ProspectOre was agreed they were only in the process of acquiring the 'Anglo tenements'. I thought I had seen a statement in an RNS or report that told us it had completed. I know they have completed as the licences have changed ownership but I couldn't find the XTR doc explicitly
stating this. The RNS you ref is the licence renewal for the two licences that required renewal so that's fine. I'm happy everything is in order- it's just bugging me that I can't find something that I thought I had previously read.
