In the DIGS Geoscience NSW database the licences have been transferred to Prospectore. I'm pretty sure we also got notice from XTR hidden in some other RNS/doc but I couldn't find it when I went looking recently.

Funny, I was just looking at that. We need some updated presentation material, for potential investors, on the website. I also think the 2MT refers to any resource in EL5574 but it is slightly muddled by the reference to the Racecourse DEPOSIT.

Anyone recall Fulmar posting that MM and co were going to jail AND going to have to pay significant costs to ARC. Not quite the story that played out.

I think hoping for that sort of buyout is not realistic. ARC have what appear to be promising licences but so far have found very little to back that up. 4.3m @ 0.59% copper per the Sept RNS was their most promising discovery to date.
A major would not only have to take the risk that there was a significant resource on the licences but also have to pay for the exploration to find and define it.

The figures give an idea of the cost they would expect to spend on exploration.

I am happy with the deal AFP got with FQM although I am not currently invested in AFP. Worth remembering the following for future reference

As for arbitration taking months - NVS gave MM what he wanted so yes it was solved early - I think NVS forgot 'bogus' from yesterday's RNS :-).
As I said my 'gut' says FQM helped get this 'settlement' over the line. I suspect there will be a placing but I agree time will tell.

Maybe they will announce AA has agreed a buyout for several hundred million and CASA will stump up $5m (That was perviously expected by the end of 2021) in a couple of weeks but I seriously doubt it.

AFP's deal with FQM...

I do actually think there is a link between yesterday's VERY LATE Friday evening RNS and cash from CASA. I suspect the CASA Cash is not going to appear next week and they need to find some funds quickly. The share price was about to drop below 3p so the warrants weren't going to supply anymore cash. I suspect the impact of the Agonaut situation also played a part - it makes the Zambian investment case weaker.
They have drilling to pay for, Rothschilds to pay for, umpteen 'bogus' legal cases to pay, probably still the AEM survey to pay for and that is not counting prgressing their licences this year.
As I stated previously I suspect FQM may have had a part to play.in the negotiations. I think ARC might actually end up with a deal similar to Arm's deal with FQM but will need to surrender more equity - and I think considering how poor the BOD are with negotiations shareholders will be lucky to get that. This will be a very long term investment rather than some immediate benefit to the SP.
The above is all speculation on my part so may be wrong but time will tell. I think we will get more of an idea of how things are going to pan out in the next 10 days but I do expect something to attempt to raise some funds.

As for XTR I have done reasonably well from it. I initially bought in just under 2p, by shear good luck sold some at 8.5p a couple of weeks later and bought some more on the dip. It's exploration and AIM so there are no guarantees but it is looking like a reasonably safe bet at the moment with their huge copper resource in Australia and gold being produced in Mozambique. Much more confident in XTR delivering value for shareholders than ARCM.

Any thoughts on what is happening with Dynamic Investor Relations? I see from last month Ranjeev Singh Sidhu is no longer a director. The reason I ask is that the warrant discrepancy between Companies House and the TVR looks suspiciously like those held by Dynamic Investor Relations.

Has anyone seen the soap? It seems find the soap is a game NVS likes to play with his shareholders.

I think NVS has mounting bills that need paying and he doesn't wish to forego his salary. It doesn't exactly show his communication skills and shareholder communication in a very good light. I will be surprised if there isn't a placing announced in the pipeline.
I agree with regard to the FCF and I do have sympathy for Kully considering this was under discussion at the time the RNS was issued. I know the promised FCF to progress the licences was a big selling point for Kully and others.
I don't think AA will touch these licences in spite of the fact that 'Zambia is the Switzerland of mining'. I do however think FQM may have had a hand in this settlement. I think that the best ARC might see is a deal with FQM similar to the AFP deal but with a higher percentage of equity surrendered.

What does the above statement mean. It is options not shares being issued so could be options over any number of Shares.

Has anyone found anything official showing the company structure? I'm pretty sure it's a regulatory requirement.

My understanding is that Afrimin and the 2 Zaco licences would be unaffected but that the mining and exploration licences would come out of the Handa exploration licence. Zamsort doesn't directly hold any licences. I don't think we have ever been told the new company strucrure. It could be that Afrimin is part of Zamsort but I am not aware if it is and would be surprised if it is.
