I wonder what the latest is on the Casa saga?
1. 2019 CASA was 'sold' and it fell through.
2. 2020 CASA was 'sold' to an inactive company with a single director and surprisingly it fell though again.
3. 2021 CASA was 'sold' AGAIN and it didn't complete.
4. Can we get another 'sale' in 2022? History suggests it is certainly possible..
CASA has $3.3m of liabilities associated with it.

On the 10th March 2021 ARC issued the following statement
'Arc wishes to inform shareholders that in light of a media report about a bogus debt claim made against Zamsort Limited ("Zamsort") relating to a $5.8m capital raise by Zamsort in 2015 (prior to Arc becoming a shareholder), it notes that the case is without any merit and is not expected to proceed following the withdrawal today of a key plaintiff. Zamsort is additionally launching an immediate action in the High Court of Zambia to dismiss the bogus claim as fictitious.'

Almost 12 months later and there is no resolution. I am therefore not convinced it is wise to give much weight to the following statement from the 16th Dec RNS
'Partly due to the impact of Covid as well as recent Zambian elections, there have been delays in the judicial system to hear the legal cases, which are likely to be heard and decided on in the first half of 2022.'

I suspect CB may have gone shopping. I think we could have more news and an interview followed by more news on Luansobe.

Mindea may have had to recase the hole (assuming that is possible). If they drilled through a conductor (whether good or bad) they would presumably then try to remove the casing to confirm the conductance via DHEM.

Solid results to add more copper to our huge resource :-). I am surprised we have as much as we have here considering the expectation that it was closing off in the north.

Bushranger is HUGE and all sorts of news could land at any moment (including some more decent gold results :-) ) but I wonder if this rise is due to the fact that Manica is imminently about to provide XTR with some very decent revenue. How do you keep the lid on a gold plant?

The 16th of Dec RNS stateds legal cases delayed drilling and impacted other work on the licences. In addition it gives some detail on two of the legal cases. In my view no major will touch these licences while legal battles over ownership continue. It seems the arbitration process is due to begin mid March and can be very lengthy.

I missed the fact that you had already posted a correction to the typo.

ARCM have at least two legal cases on their licences - read the 16th Dec RNS. The legal cases prevented drilling for a period last season. It appears the arbitration process is starting mid March and can be laborious. With AA's history in Zambia I don't think they will be in any hurry to jump into that fire.
AA may well be interested in our licences but my guess would be there will be several other parties more interested.

CB and crew really need to get an updated presentation onto the company website. I keep going back to the Apr 2020 presentation. A bog standard presentation including some slides with licence maps and other relevant info from the Apr 2020 presentation, the open pit plan, resource area, IP survey, drill maps and up to date assay results. The presentation should also include the other projects. Perhaps this could be released via RNS.

Minor comment i- n your valuation commentary you say 'Ascot which could be bigger than Ascot.'

Anyone who can read an RNS can figure out the real state of affairs, which is not how you portray them Fulmar.

We know these majors have some very clever people working for them so I don't know how anyone can believe there is a deal likely to occur with various court cases ongoing (as per last year's RNS).
