The warrants you refer to are 4.5p warrants so it may not be them. I suspect it is related to warrants but probably the 3p warrants issued in May 2020. I suspect it is both so that the warrant holders get a little money from then but also to try to get some funds into the company coffers.

CB referred to a structure between Racecourse and Ascot so I assume that are looking for the feeder zone that they mentioned in a previous RNS.

The arbitration process is expected to begin in March going by those legal documents we were given access to. From memory it was around the middle of March but I would expect it to last several months and perhaps much longer.

I actually don't think AA are the most likely customer for the Racecourse licence - they may end up being the company that buys it but there are 3 other companies I would guess are more likely to be customers.
Neither do I see AA jumping into a JV with a company already embroiled in multiple legal issues in Zambia.

I find the suggestion that ARC only sent a small part of a larger mineralised section of one core for sampling rather alarming. The RNS at no point states this - you might want to realign your expectations.

If KAV issue equity in any month then they have to issue a TVR. There is no real significance to the TVR on it's own but in this case as there is an active block listing I can deduce from the difference in TVR from the 10th Jan RNS to today's RNS that nearly 2m of the block listing warrants have been exercised. This seems to be the first of the warrants in the block listing to be exercised.

I'm obviously missing something but the following
'Full results are available in Table 1 below, which include best intercepts:
· 202m at 0.27% CuEq from 276m downhole depth
§ Including 76m at 0.41% CuEq from 276m downhole depth
§ Including 18m at 0.67% CuEq from 312m downhole depth'
Appear better than 4.3m @0.59% copper at a similar depth and this is only one of many successful drills this year for XTR.
Somebody like A.T. continuing to build their stake in the company seems like a vote of confidence to me.

I agree that although a solid result it doesn't appear to explain the relatively sustained rise. More good news in the pipeline or we still have a large buyer at work?

I know CB mentioned Feb for the survey but there was obviously some reason they want to do further IP work on the area. There are obviously a lot of potential targets on the licence including our potential 3rd porphyry, structural and epithermal gold not to mention expanding the already known porphyry mineralisation. We may not have been drilling in the area between Racecourse and Ascot but I suspect we have at least one more hole in that general area.

Is this a sign that we are about to get some news about what lies between Ascot and Racecourse. That area could have some very interesting geology... :-)
