I think if it is Dynamic Investor Relations, that have exercised warrants KAV should have RNS'd it as Ben is a director. It would be good to know if they sold the shares. I can't guarantee that it is Dynamic Investor Relations but the number of warrants seems very like.it..

Interestingly the discrepancy appears to be 1,818,182 which just happens to be the number of 4.25p warrants held by Dynamic Investor Relations. Have we not been told about some director dealings?

We had a TVR on the 3rd Feb. The shares in issue have also been updated at Companies House but the two do not align.

I suspect that they have run into major drilling difficulties. I have already declared that I sold my shares so feel free to take this with A pinch of salt. It only recently occurred to me but I suspect that Mindea were reluctant to go near the Great Red Spot due to the significant difficulties encountered when drilling the area previously. That is why BT kept laying on the praise.

I only listened to part of the chat but I did catch that. It could have been CB just saying that AA had first right of refusal rather than a preferred buyer but I did wonder if he was implying that the preferred buyer was someone else which wouldn't surprise me.

It could be Eureka. CB mentioned Chongwe in at least 2 previous interviews so I wondered if it was this mysterious project. Perhaps we have some more good news to come. I assume CB is still in Africa and they are just painting the gates at Fairbride before he can go cut the ribbon there ;-)

BTW the AFP licences in Botswana have a deal with Sandfire. AS you know some of the AFP licences in Zambia have a deal with First Quantum. Not to worry ARCM have been negotiating with majors for the last 19 months...

The LEL application by Galileo has transitioned to approved for granting. I think this is the area next to Ka****u rather than the Ka****u resource itself. We should see some drilling announced here soon.

Good question. I can see why Kjeld might raise that issue. Something that continues to puzzle me is that often bonus payments are payable on a first resource. There is obviously some reason why it is not advantageous for the companies subject to these payments to not underdeclare a resource but I don't understand what it is.
