I hope you are well on this April morning ( yes, it is indeed April 2022, how time flies). It's interesting looking back on your previous predictions. How many exactly have come to pass? Casa is just your latest no show. I wonder what will happen with the millions of Casa liabilities? It will be interesting to see what happens with the Golden Square Equity Partners compulsory strike-off. I don't think even GSEP being struck off will be the end of the Casa saga. ARC apparently have a charge over Casa so presumably they will continue to hold the assets, liabilities and related risks. I don't know the details of the charge ARC have on Casa. I believe it is normal that Golden Square would lose all assets if it is struck off, but I'm not sure how an asset with a charge on it would work.
What are your thoughts on the structure of a deal in Zambia? Can you point investors to any similar deals that have occurred,on similar stage assets, within the last 10 years? How much immediate cash to you think ARC will benefit from?

'We know that Mushinge was pushing for a cash settlement of (correct me if I'm wrong) US$5,000,000 in the now settled court case. What if he was still pushing for that in the settlement negotiations. They gave up Kalaba which has a book value of US$1,980,000, they have also agreed to cash to the value of US$160,000. That totals US$2,140,000. That's a shortfall of US$2,860,000. '
How did you get to a book value of $1.98m for Kalaba?

It looks suspiciously like new pads. Is it possible that they are waiting for landholder permission for those drill pads that are outside Vulcan State Forest?

Lots of cash in the bank and great projects. I agree the silence on the KCB is odd. I think Chri5p could have a very valid point about Sandfire. I suspect the option on the AFP licences may have been to make their licence acquisitions look like less of a takeover of Botswana. SFR may need to relinquish some of their less prospective licences before acquiring any more. However, Metalstech have just issued an Exploration Target estimate for Sturec and QH did that. I don't know how much time that will have taken but he may have been 'spread a bit too thin' in the last quarter.

Do you know if there is further information than the Niobium identified in KW2, available from the Falconbridge work?
'Falconbridge Explorations Ltd identified a similar large ring structure (KW2), located 23km to the north of Ditau, in the 1970s. On drilling KW2, anomalous values of niobium were detected in carbonatite rock (REEs were not assayed for at the time). Niobium is used in various superconducting materials and industrial alloys.'

My understanding is that they believe the southern extension of the resource is further west than originally envisaged and that they need new drill pads approved to test this theory.

The announcement states it's a conceptual exploration target not a mineral resource.

There are enough flies about! I haven't seen anything but wonder how the subject would not arise in an audit ( I have been in many audits and that would certainly be something I would be interested in if I was auditing against the ministry of mines procedures).
The FQM changes were announced a month or two ago with no real reason given behind the changes (that I can recall).

I haven't seen anything to suggest how or if the audit will deal with a non-compliance against the following:
(2) A holder of an exploration licence shall relinquish at least
fifty percent of the initial exploration area on the first renewal and
at least fifty percent of the balance on the second renewal.

A much more intelligent response than referring to the post as a green blob :-). I expect these warrants will cause a significant drag on any potential upward movement to the SP, but I agree that the funds raised will no doubt be useful.
