The 10m warrants relate to the Feb 2019 placing. It looks like 10m of those shares were issued late. It appears that Remy may have taken part in that placing prior to becoming a director. However I assume he isn't part of the 10m warrants that expire next week. The other 63m warrants expired in Feb. The timing of the take up of the additional 10m shares is interesting as are TR-1s at that time.

From the annual report
'On 8 December 2020, the Company announced that it had agreed an alluvial processing agreement with Omnia Mining
Limitada over the Company’s existing adjacent licence 7569L at Manica. The contract covers an area of 1,727 hectares.'

I'm not sure how they are split.

Tingo has been dropping like it's predecessor Black Rock Petroleum which is now worth zilch!
The warrants should have provided a sound cash base.

Yes, the point I was making was that the diamond and Metals rights are seperate. It may be a pointless thought as we may share all our areas with a large diamond company who doesn't wish to share info. I just wondered if magnetic surveys, gravity surveys and the likes of soil sampling may be able to be shared between 2 companies. I don't think a JV would work because the aims of each company would be quite different but some sort of data sharing agreement may be of benefit to 2 smaller companies.

Seeing Botswana Diamonds listed with KAV in the Stockbox presentation got me wondering. Diamonds and Metals are distinct mineral rights. I don't know much about exploring for metals and nothing about exploring for diamonds. In areas where both diamonds and Metals might exist is there likely to be any benefit in an alliance between 2 small explorers such as Botswana Diamonds and Kavango? Obviously it would depend on any overlap in licence areas.

The policy is still under consultation but it seems the Anglo and Arc JV has cast a spell on Paul. JVs are the bee's knees!

No new applications have been added to the mining cadastre in the last couple of days. This could just be that they are waiting to add a new bunch but it is unusual. It looks like some earlier applications are being processed. Does this mean that they have started issuing licences again?

I think I have identified one of them. I assume that he is wearing an old work shirt (tut tut!) and currently works for Anglo. I haven't found his Facebook page or leopard. The other guy I haven't identified. Is he wearing a shirt with his current company logo (although not necessarily the company's current logo)?

I believe ARC has currently has a 72.5% interest in Zaco and a 66% interest in the old Zamsort licences. This interest is planned to be split with AA in the JV. ARC will be left with approx 21% interest in the licences once AA have funded the required exploration (30% of the current holdings of 66% and 72.5%).

I assume the majority of warrants have been exercised at this stage. There were 10m 4.5p warrants that were apparently issued on the 1st July 2019 with an expiry date of 1st July 2022. These have quite possibly already been exercised and sold but I can't find why they were originally issued. Does anyone know what RNS details the issue of these warrants?
