I'm not convinced it is the case with that comment from Empress but in the past they have referred to the quarters with reference to their financial year which ends in September (I think).

KAV need to issue a prospectus before they issue the shares to KAV for Kanye. I thought you might have an idea of the timescale that might be involved. I get the impression it could happen in about 2 weeks from first submitting a prospectus for review.

On a different topic SFR announcement today discussed grouting and PVC. I assume this is just done after drilling is complete to keep the hole open for DHEM - any idea? I don't think I've come across this before.
'The hole was successfully grouted, PVC was run for the full length of the hole and is now awaiting DHEM. All assay results from the sampling of the drill hole are pending. '

Confirmation that Empress Royalty's cut doesn't impact XTR's portion.

Publishing the valuation was the right thing to do. It gives those who may have been ever so slightly sceptical about the Kanye deal something to chew on. Much better than BT or PJ trying to defend their positions.
Kopore have planned some work, this quarter, on the licence area between KAV's 2 blocks so will be interesting to see the results.
Now, any chance of seeing some more compelling data for the KSZ?

Is it possible that KAV would invest in a rig for the KCB and work in conjunction with Mindea or another party to operate it? I have no idea what the rigs here are capable of but it made me wonder.

I'm not convinced about a JV in the offing but IF there was that could explain why POW appear to be getting such a good deal. I am TRYING to reserve judgement.
The timing of the announcement is interesting both in terms of the AGM and authority for issuing shares and the expiry of POW 0.75p warrants in 10 days time.

I like the KCB as a project but the only way I can really reconcile the deal asbeing good for KAV shareholders is if they have already found something at Ditau. Although there is currently no resource, as FKC pointed out, giving away an NSR on any future resource seems significant. I am not very well informed of POW's cash position at the moment but I would guess it is not strong.
Does anyone know the process of getting a prospectus issued? Some of the warrants have a six month timeframe starting today which seems pretty short.

So KAV are paying '£1.8m' in shares and pow are receiving '£1.2m' in shares not sure what the rationale is for the differing values even if the number of shares issued is the same. Does it make the accountants happier?

PL367/2018 was part of a number of licences acquired by Sandfire last year.

You may well be aware of the following.
This is an extract about what I believe is the licence next door to PL162
'PL 367/2018 covers the southwestern half of the Notus Copper-Silver Prospect, which was also found by Discovery through soil sampling. The anomaly comprises a relatively discontinuous zone of copper enhancement which appears to overlie prospective lithologies. It is considered that the anomaly may be more extensive than outlined to date due to the masking effect of deeper sand cover to the southwest. It appears that little follow-up exploration was carried out on this prospect.'
I believe there was some drilling done by Discovery metals but I couldn't find the results. There appeared to be a geologist dedicated to Hemara and Notus at one point. I found the map in the link below interesting.
