On the face of it yes. I may be adding 2+2 and coming up with 5 but I doubt it. Have a look at Regency Silver which just happens to have a subsidiary Regency Mining. The date of listing for Regency Silver is interesting. I assume the shares referenced are Regency Silver shares - hence the requirement for disclosure. The $125k may have been below the disclosure threshold .

Fair comment Teaye. However the shareholders of any company that issues $1.25m of it's stock would probably like to know on the day. Regency Silver have yet to mention Casa/Misisi.

I agree that they never completely left Zambia but it was not recognised as one of their locations. Look at their historical promotional stuff on education. It looks like they are back!
