Interesting analogy. I'm obviously not a pedant but..some people do get paid for reading a book The story here hasn't finished and I'm struggling to predict the ending but I do hope honest, long term investors get their reward. Some readers who don't like the story, may, depending on the content, feel the need to change the story. Someone may wish to have a chat with one of the story tellers to see if the narative can be changed.

I'm fine, thanks :-)))). You make some valid points, although there are obvious areas of concern. I must say I was disappointed that a job advert for a geologist was the best Spangles could do, particularly in light of ARC's recent tweet.
Have you come across any professional story tellers recently? Those guys can generally put enough truth in a story to make it believable, even if the story they are telling is a million miles away from the facts of the situation.

I would say you have a valid point but look at what was going on when the directors 'surrendered' their options at the height of the market. I don't think the time between the announcement regarding court cases and the surrender of options met required time limits. They also would have had knowledge of the negotiations. The surrender of options should also be dependant on lack of insider info as the value is related to the SP?

The cash balance should be healthy after the warrant exercises. I expect that the directors won't have taken any more from the £3.5m surrender of options payment due:
'In order to protect the cash resources of the Company, the compensation schedule will be phased over the next 3 years at the Company's discretion ("Payment Period") and which would coincide with the expected cash flows of the Company's planned Cheyeza East plant.'
Rothschild are on a success based fee so any payment to them should be minimal.
The results due in the next couple of weeks should be healthy.

No word of MASSIVE nickel sulphides but a decent start to drilling in Botswana.

I realised that a prospectus was required, but hadn't appreciated that a prospectus required a JORC compliant report (or equivalent).

Thanks JP. The plan to produce a JORC compliant report on Kanye makes me further convinced that they are planning an ASX listing. All still pure speculation but it seems to fit. The excitement with Cobre would encourage an ASX listing. The one thing going against that speculation may be the plan to drill this year.

Are SP Angel now a recruitment agency? A daily commute from Lusaka to ARC's licences would be a tad challenging. I wonderr why the previous guy left. No mention of drilling in Botswana?? Not terribly convincing or inspiring, must do better!
A deal will probably eventually be signed done but I couldn't hazard a guess on the timescales or the shape of the final deal. I assume the revisions to the Mines and Minerals Act will go through parliament before any deal is completed.
