KAV need to sort out their RNS so that diagrams referred to are available at the same time as the RNS.

Look at the area covered in the presentation I linked to and the area covered by the licences in the latest presentation slide 9. Note slide 9 shows an area larger than the actual licences that ARC held at that time but an outline of the licences is shown.

I don't have any idea what it means. It looks as if the original licence area Ortac had has shrunk (and not just by the area covered by Afrimin). I haven't double checked but from recollection it was lost when the Zaco areas were created some years ago. It's something I noticed about the licence areas quite a while ago.

The contents of the 2 recent RNS are very positive, Friday's in particular. However, I find the timing somewhat less impressive.
I though we would have heard what the visit to the Botswana Stock Exchange was about today. Do the tweets imply IPOs in the offing?
I still find it difficult to fathom that noboby could be a r s e d to proof read an RNS announcing the resignation of one of the founders.
I note the POW RNS states 'The Drilling Cost Shares will be issued by the Company within one month of the completion of 2,600 metres of drilling.' . KAV have yet to issue the drilling shares for the KSZ.

Would a new Minister of Mines speed things up?

Perhaps that minimum spend has been reached and an urgent trip was required?

I don't think Cobre own 100% of their licence (yet) but I may be getting muddled with one of their other licences. Is 25% available for them to purchase at fair market value once their minimum spend for 75% is complete?

I assume CASA is gone (not certain). The $5m loan note was paid in Tingo shares. I think that means there is now no security over Casa and presumably no liabilities. Whether or not the extra money and shares will appear remains to be seen.
ENRG Elements (previously Kopore) released an exploration update this morning. There was no mention of any activity in relation to the two tenements that are owned 25% EEL and 75% ARCM.

That explains the RNS to own more of the licences.

You guys are doing a good job of making folk aware of the great project portfolio here. I really like the KCB but I think Luansobe is my favourite at the moment. The incoming funds all help. Will we get news of any gold content at Shinganda soon? That would be a nice bonus to add to the already known copper :-).

I haven't read the full report and am happy to be told if my assumptions in my previous post are way off.

I get the impression that they are doing more work to try to ensure the conductor is not graphite. They don't believe it is but I get the impression that they are looking for more confidence. The report refers to target discrimination between sulphide and non-sulphide conductors. I don't know if more info on the shape and setting will give them this confidence?

I agree with MH that it seems like a pretty neutral RNS. The only thing it really confirms that is additional is the status of the NDAs
I think we paid a bit much for Kanye unless something significant has already been found. This is very early for KSZ so I would expect any significant spend commitment to require a large share of the project. However, the KSZ is absolutely huge so pretty much any percentage KAV could keep on a free carry would be really positive (in my view), provided there was a very significant spend commitment. I understand some would like a discovery before a JV but the size of the task is huge. I don't understand why all the focus still seems to be pretty much on the KSZ.
BHP announced a new initiative for finding copper and nickel yesterday.

I wonder who was asking the drillers to keep the dust down and use the correct pipe? ;-)

I can see your point. However, IF there was another party interested then I would expect them to be planning to mine the deposit. Another party may not want to show their hand while AA have first right of refusal but a decision to mine must somehow allow for the fact that it may be by another party?
