Hainan paid double the SP at the time for the JV. So I’d say min if they did offer now would be 0.7. But let’s not forget the resource upgrade. If get to 50mt that’s 61 per cent increase. So based on 0.35 takes to 0.56. Double that 1.12. Just crude maths here but i am expecting Hainan to be sniffing around after the resource upgrade then to make an offer which is imagine would be in the region of 1-1.2p ish. All else being equal and with us being granted the export permit…

Re the Havieron FS it’s due in December right? Bit confusing it says the Dec 2025 quarter? Unless this means it can come anytime in Oct, Nov, Dec?

Havieron Feasibility Study and early works continue to progress, study completion remains on schedule for the December 2025 quarter.

Would it be possible to have a high level summary please? Also interested to hear lth thoughts on potential takeover. My views are it’s possible but only after the FS of Havieron is released and would have to be northwards of 70-80p to be considered.

Thanks Bamps, the latest MRE Dec 23 for Havieron states 131mt at 1.7g/t on the Greatland website. Not deramping here it’s a genuine question where Shaun has got 4 g/t from.

From what I’m reading the grades don’t seem to be particularly high (high being 5g/t and above) whereas good grades are 0.64 at Telfer average and 1.67 at Havieron average. But surely this just means more

Ore is required and this is therefore already baked into the AISC?

Unless I’m mistaken back in 2014 this would have been traded at 1.99, not 0.0199…

In the grand scheme of things it’s not a lot of £ but good to see balance on negatives and positives combined.

Yep fair enough lotm I think both sure and mfai will do well long term. It’s all about patience here for both to hold and hopefully value is realised at some point. AI is a sector that will only grow. I’m not expecting all of the investments to prove fruitful. There may be a few duds in there, but at a sub £5m market cap…if only a few of the investments pay off then the upside could be substantial for both. I’m on the fence re Napster. It’s clear Forbes has a dislike, and there are concerns re outstanding payments. But some valuations on AI stock are super high so who knows. Both sure/MFAI are solid long term buy now and hold imo.

Not long left we hope. Currently over $13m of profit sitting in the stockpile based on AISC of $647pt (shared between KMUK getting 65 per cent and Mali getting 35 per cent). Getting the export permit should be transformational as it means we can actually ship the product. In a few months time we should have the resource upgrade…if it’s 50 mt then that’s an increase of over 60 per cent. Exciting times hey, this is what all the long term holders have waited for and not long left to wait now (I hope!). Good luck all 👍
