I agree hope. My view is once MRE is updated Hainan will offer a buyout. When they originally offered the JV it was at double the share price at the time. Impossible to forecast really, I’d imagine most shareholders would approve at 1p, but remember Hainan want max value for them so I don’t think they will offer that level.

What are people’s price forecast for 2030? Fully appreciate it is a while away. Am I mad for thinking with gold surging and forecasting to be higher it may get to £10? I’m here for the long term regardless.

The huge positive here is ZERO debt and bod don’t take a salary. So cash burn v low, no need to do further raises, that’s unlike most micro cap stocks. Patience hope will pay off, only take 2 or 3 of the stocks to realise decent value and then significant re rate on the cards here (with only around 550m shares I think)

On the plus side, the price of gold continues to increase. General consensus is it will continue to rise over the coming years.

Fatou’s current estimated revenue based on today’s gold price and precious MRE is over £1 Bn. Of course there is the cost of extracting, setting up the mine (and Mali cut of 35 per cent) but these numbers are pretty amazing. And that’s just one of the gold projects. Come on Bernie let’s get some work done here. Think this will only get more valuable…

Any thoughts on what may happen during a market crash? Many people saying it will happen over the medium term. Assume all stocks will be sharply hit immediately, but then people will start buying gold/silver stocks as they’re considered a safe haven? Any thoughts appreciated.

Hi all, took a break here as was getting sick of the green boxes. What I do like is price for gold is at record highs and Goldmans have raised to $4900 per oz. Loads of interest in gold and some are calling this to go long term to $20,000 per oz. Gold could be the game changer here, I don’t see lithium prices increasing much but so much interest in gold. So I’m excited about long term here, no doubt there is a lot of gold in Kodal’s projects but it will take many years to extract it. A bigger fish could well snap the projects up which would drive the sp north.

Yep fully agree guys. It is positive that the board don’t take a salary, has zero debt, and they have share options at 2.5p and 4p. So they are massively incentivised to get the sp moving up. So fundamentals are strong, I’d be concerned if there was a large chunk of debt/salaries etc but that isn’t the case here.

Anyone else a little disheartened here? Genuinely thought we would see at least 1p after a reasonable RNS and Nvidia news. I’m trying to be positive after holding 9m of these shares at an av of 1.15. I do think with the sniff of good news and further exits we can see a decent rise, or am I mad? Market cap v low in a hot sector, surely we can see a sustained rise?!
