The next focusIR Investor Webinar takes places on 14th May with guest speakers from Blue Whale Growth Fund, Taseko Mines, Kavango Resources and CQS Natural Resources fund. Please register here.
This ship is another SXX they’ll either raise the money needed, or there will be a buy out or placing with warrants at 50p - as ever the PI gets screwed but it is what it is - buying in at these levels almost safe as houses
Yes Walter ‘AKA ASI’ it was aimed directly at you
‘I don't need to see the diamonds in the vault I have seen diamonds from the area they were mined often enough at the auctions and I have full access to the sales stats for diamonds sold at auction’
So because you’ve seen diamonds mined from that area, and have access to the stats, you know there’s never been any leakage (theft from ground to weigh in?) and in this case you know with absolute certainty there are not any small valuable Gems within that 129k package, without needing to see it ?
Do you want to bet your £6 million on that statement ?
Its like me saying that because I could forget more about successful business than you’ll even know - I’m the worlds expert !
Your the one clearly obsessed with the value of the diamonds as you constantly correct everyone that even dares to speak of it – stop spreading FUD unless you can absolutely substantiate it
‘If you believe they do why not take a look at the share price of VAST from 2010 and compare it to its value today’
Walter I appreciate you’ve only been holding vast a short while, but you might be surprised to learn there’s been multiples of dilution, plus consolidation since 2010, so how is comparing the share price from 2010 to 2023 relevant in any shape or form ?
Just I thought I'd ask, as you do make out to know best the most likely value of a bag of unprepared diamonds you've never seen, owned by a company you've only been invested a short time, because your a major multi millionaire diamond dealer
Yes AP could be a liar, but AP is far more likely than you to have seen the diamonds at least once, probably numerous times since 2010, along with the creditors, plus dealt with numerous paperwork legal efforts over the years.
All this to recover something apparently worth much less than the value AP recently stated on the VOX interview, plus the seemingly never ending relaxed attitude and patience of the creditors, should really tell everyone what they should believe without anyone’s influence
Yes please don’t leave Passiton and anyone else that provides balance on here, just green box or ignore anonymous key board warriors, they are irrelevant !
As I posted previously
RE: News2 Oct 2023 10:29
Due to the uniqueness and demand for the product this stocks worth £1 all day long (probably £2 in the short to medium term) so long as it doesn’t get taken out by a major which IMO is probable
DYOR
No major sell orders left - Just retail investors selling now to chase other rainbows - once buyers return when the bottoms in it’ll take off upwards again
This stocks worth £1 all day probably £2 in the mid term - as soon as we get an update re first sales and orders, reality will sink in and it’ll shoot up 100% plus
DYOR
Looks like the seller may have now cleared - theres been a 250000 sell order sat on L2 for the last 2 trading days that’s now been worked by the looks
No idea of the count but they’ve been consistently ticking through by the hour last 3 trading days
Due to the uniqueness and demand for the product this stocks worth £1 all day long (probably £2 in the short to medium term) so long as it doesn’t get taken out by a major which IMO is probable
In the meantime I believe because it’s consolidating Fridays gains so well, it should shortly break the 38 / 40 barrier and move up strongly, because the majority of money going into this stock is from investors not traders
DYOR
Good to see they’re on the ball !

Its very simple it’s an absolutely unique product at this present time that all men need and / or want to use at least once over the age of 40.
The problem is at £750 a pop the majority simply cannot afford it, so only the ones absolutely compelled will continue to have their GP shove a painful finger up their rectum, rather than pay the £750.
So IMO what will happen is this - OBD will only be selling these tests a short while (maybe only weeks) and then - Whack - holders will wake up to suspension pending a takeover offer from a major, because the world needs it, and it needs it available to the masses much cheaper
No research needed just logic
Anyone new to this stock might want to note that the lenders have been so relaxed and laid back about the loan and repayment dates over the last 6 months they’ve almost fallen over, the debt will probably be settled today via most likely a new loan, or new commercial financing from the now profitable mine (or the diamonds) and an RNS will be released later today or Monday to confirm this and any other price sensitive detail.
I note yesterdays update still failed to even indicate that mine was now working at capacity, name plate, profitable (strong indications it is) which would have boosted the SP further - almost like VAST are on a deramp at the moment for some reason 🤩
Hereshopin and Reg - don’t worry ASI just a clueless idiot, bitter because he didn’t have the funds to fulfil his stated (0.021 or less buy order) which is strange because we now learn he’s a major VAST holder who only had 3 million shares a few months ago !
Stranger still he’s about to emulate the 6 million dollar man on £1094 interest per day, despite the fact he spends 24/7 intensively babysitting last chance saloon investments on AIM
Sometimes we just have to do your own thinking 🤔
This and his statements about production and factoring prove he’s at best a shop floor manager looking forward to a golden handshake
ASI you leave me no choice but to concur with hereshopin and re-name you ‘Walter Mitty’ as your previous statements conclusively prove the nearest you’ve been to running a business is in your wet dreams
The reality of any business increasing production volume without losing appreciable efficiency is profit margins increase, because apart the obvious additional wages and some energy, nearly all other overheads example equipment hire and servicing, rates, lighting, security, admin, insurance and liability, accounting are more or less fixed and they’ll easily sell every ounce of copper they mine whatever the volume, without needing to discount it
And picking up on your previous waffle, the reality to factoring is this - you are typically paid 80 to 85% as soon as you submit a signed delivery note - the balance less example 5% commission is paid once the invoice is paid in full by the debtor, I know this because I’ve either used these companies (was charged 2.5% between 2002 and 2007) or still offered these same services now, hence the reason I suggested VAST could potentially use such services too.
If factoring companies as you suggest now take 30% of the invoice (despite 1 to 6% being stated as average for 22/23) production and mining companies like my own could not possibly prosper as few make more than 20% net profit after all overheads, but no doubt you’ll amuse me further by replying with more waffle to satisfy your unbalanced ego
Only city rumours – JV or no JV, VAST understandably sick to death of retail investors are deliberately suppressing the SP to get rid of idiots like you and get more institutions on board, which incidentally concurs with the fact vast are clearly not now doing anything easily possible to boost the SP to get a placing away, something they were constantly doing previously
Example the clearly obvious ‘eff-off we r busy’ diamonds update 18/09 and the absolute slam dunk BPP update yesterday where at the bare minimum they could have easily confirmed the mine was now working 24 hours (let alone profitable) something they were more than keen to do previously - example when AP announced breakeven during the VOX interview, that you were also clueless about
God bless you Walter xx
ASI - the only multi million pound business you have is the wet one in your dreams hence the mafia rates offered to you - the average factoring rate is between 1 and 6% depending on risk / turnover https://ecapital.com/blog/2022-invoice-factoring-rates-and-costs/
Your so amusing as you constantly attempt to correct everything I input whether it's a statement of fact, or insight and in nearly every case your incorrect, Its fine by me been a clever dick, just need to be sure you know what your talking about for the benefit of others
Afternoon folks and apologies for absence, ’m reaching out for potential help from anyone on this BB
I have a close friend - just diagnosed as terminally ill with cancer and she’s been given 2 to 3 months tops to live - her outlook from a sane mind is nothing ventured nothing gained, so desperately and urgently wants to get onto the next AVA6000 cohort
The problem is her GP who I believe doesn’t understand AVA6000 properly says she’s too weak for anymore chemo - so will only endorse palliative care
Does anyone have any knowledge / direct contacts of how we can short cut / change or bypass this decision
Example a direct route, name and contact to a GP specialist intimately involved in the 6000 trial that could get her on board ?
Any help suggestions really appreciated
God bless all
Yes this is AIM hence the reason very few on here have ever run businesses or got the first clue how they work - hilarious 😂
Does anyone here actually realise that trade suppliers paying their bills late is totally normal - even in boom times 90% pay their bills late - this is the reality of business, that’s why factoring companies exist and prosper who in short immediately pay company invoices once the delivery note is signed and insured for a percentage typically between 0.5 and 5% depending on risk - this is how the majority of businesses grow
I cannot imagine vast will not be entertaining a facility like this going forward now they are established and production has peaked - cash flow is an issue with 90% of business all of the time whether standing still or expanding,, the perfect business world doesn’t exist !
Keep selling and shorting - Strong 💪 sell !
Been able to sell 25 mil above bid last 20 mins - storm in a teacup as IQ157 correctly put it - quite amusing the amount of utterly clueless comments on here making out they understand business and how it should work to suit their agenda - keep selling it down for me
I’m with capstone Strong Sell 😉 major discounted placing coming to somehow clear an £8 mil plus debt that’s why Vast clearly doing everything to pump the SP up ! 🤣
Yes in short it seems they’ve expanded output so fast in the last few months their experiencing the usual growing pains - slow cash flow in from sales, corners getting cut, influx of new workers hence lack of immediate contracts - so brilliant success story but at present a bit chaotic - if you can translate you can get a flavour here
