Just for clarity as yes it is quite complex - the unsecured YA CLN payment is due by the 3rd of every month (not next week or the week after) and because it’s terms are flexible as well as unsecured NTVO have the following options

1. Use the ATM facility to issue shares and repay the £180k plus 5% in advance to Y/A

2. Allow YA to convert shares to the value of £180k at 0.51p plus 5% (as happened 3rd feb payment)

3. Pay them in cash by the 3rd of March (as most likely happened 3rd Jan payment) or come to another unspecified arrangement (hence unsecured)

At the current SP - options 1 and 2 will be none runners, but of course that could be considerably different by next Monday

Keep in mind the funding was to cover the immediate costs of finishing GOPP restarting Gold mining and general working capital (example safety margin and directors wages) with repayments spread over 10 months to allow income from Bonanza end of Q1 and GOPP end of Q2 to clear the rest of this balance - which so far as we are aware are both still on target

Yes the delay of the results is frustrating - but you can’t possibly paint an accurate picture of a 3 fold mine expansion plan from a handful of results, but by the end of February we should do

In the meantime NTVO are going into 100% pure Peruvian Gold production within days at a well known assayed location with sales still on target for the end of Q1

MM’s definitely like it for sure - L2 showing 7 v 1 0.5 to 0.55 suggests more in the pipeline

Yes correct ice the processing plant is a major play for NTVO - the equivalent of creating a new stand alone business which once completed / commissioned will become an instant cash generator, and we arn’t talk small margins ie 5 and 10%

The region is absolutely chockablock with small artisanal gold miners who are restricted into how much they can produce and the distance they have to shift concentrate to be processed, so much so 1/3 of the value of the gold processed is usually absorbed in producing costs.

So the new plant is competing with nobody, and the crushing machines are specifically designed to maximise output for small as well as large quantities which is a massive advantage for small miners who’ve made livings in this industry for decades.

So the plant will not only profit from producing for these guys , it will also allow the local industry to expand alongside NVTO’s own production expansion which in effect turns NVTOs production costs for their own production to positive !

Has to be noted that until this plant can be completed NTVO simply cannot expand because they are in the same straight jacket as all the other miners in the region, but Q2 was the last update which is fast approaching.

Once again the board have to be commended they’ve done their research put a fantastic workable plan together and got the finance without security !

Ferg - I’ve got a holiday house in helmsdale the gold capital in scotland and there’s more gold running through the garden burn than what AMGO have and at best I could sell the job lot for £275k !

Exactly blueroad the CLN will because almost irrelevant once the SP and market cap increases and establishes above 1p - mining start - resource upgrade - plant progress and other things will see to that

And then once production and processing both in house and third party gets into swing the CLN will most likely be paid off

Comparing us to likes of AMGO who have not even pinpointed a gold mine let alone estimated gold resources but have 9 bagged to £30 mil cap since December - well do the maths !

Should also be mentioned that the management have done an absolutely fantastic turnaround job here after exiting energy / transitioning to gold and most critically nerves of steel clearing up a number of toxic legacies from Echo days holding back future growth for NTVO, so the work has been top notch before the plan to mine and process was born and finally financed, plus skin in the game

Correction 117 (not 171) iceman can you confirm ?

I’d say it’s nearly clear laura - thought I don’t expect that the delayed 6 mil to be it - presuming similar volume Monday this stock should breakout and head upwards a number of things happening or about to happen - the big catalyst IMO being the results of the additional 171 samples taken at Bonanza which could lead to a substantial resource increase - we currently have about £1 bil recoverable gold and £0.5 bil of very easily processable silver which does make us very cheap going into production with a very workable financed plan below £4 mil cap - if you have means to message me on premium members your welcome to do so 👍

Last time I held this stock was 2015 ish and sold around 22p !
