Agree Guidfarr there’s absolutely no chance a vote will pass through to delist this in its current form because there’s simply no reason to vote for it

If the vote to delist today had won - the stock value would have tanked another 70 to 85% in my opinion - so £12 mil mcap to at best £1.5 mil mcap with no real liquidity to sell at any value with no dividends v the pipeline hope a private sale of the company and assets may be achieved for £12 to £15 mil ?

I’m only an irrelevant small holder here having just bought in out of sheer curiosity with 100k Shares

I’ve seen this multiple times previous where companies have delisted with share holders hoping value might be finally realised example FRR (7 years now)

The reality is it never happens so how on earth Glass Lewis can possibly be acting in share holders best interests is beyond me

In this case this stinks of outright fraud, delist proposal comes in and the stock immediately tanks 70% with folk selling fearing better get to something than nothing, the vote then passes tanking the stock further to £1.5 mil cap at best with all the final distressed stock gobbled up by the insiders who then hold as a private company while the sale that’s most likely on the cards now completes

Don’t move anywhere, hold your ground and force them to be either honest or come up with a better proposal

TW - there is no majority of shareholders who were going to vote to lose at least 70% of their investment value unless they were going to get severely compensated and 7.4p down to the low of 2.2p is not in my view compensation

It’s just the same as asking farm turkeys to vote for Christmas - it’s legalised robbery and totally wrong

The vote was obviously defeated by a mile that’s why they’ve called it today - report that back to your board 👍

The bottom line is this - and the board better have a good read of this

Unless this stock is ever going to pay dividends to investors it is in effect just a lottery holding account like all others which can be worth 50% more or 50% less on any particular day

Without decent dividends there is never going to be anything but ‘shareholder value’ which is entirely dictated in a positive way by having a recognised open market listing

So if the board is acting in shareholders best interest cancel the delist, pull your finger out and either find a buyer at the right price - create shareholder value so those that want out can get out - or f xxf and resign and let a better option come forward

FYI I pay the extra £30 per or so per month for L2 simply because I can easily afford to do what you can’t - just invest £30 into any stock because I suspect your a skint scouser

Once again IMO there is something huge going on here under the waterline, I know YA and how they operate, they would not be conceding any more insecurity on an already enlarged unsecured loan soley for ‘potential upside’ if they decided to invest at a premium of at least 80% to the current SP

There has to be a much bigger picture that they are aware and signed into - £50 to £100 million company in the making here

The only massive amount of anything here is massive ambition - but as I said yesterday there has to be something much bigger on the horizon because YA wouldn't give up security and bigger risk to gain higher upside potential - simply for massive ambition

Why give up relative security on a debt with a modest 5% monthly interest in exchange for new bigger debt with virtually zero security with the same 5% interest ?

For me the only foreseeable upside now available for YA is to pump more money into the company via the 47.3p warrants at a potential stabilised 0.55 / 0.6p plus for maybe a quick flip for 10% or 20% ?

Granted YA have to be satisfied mining operations at Bonanza will satisfy the future repayments - but all this risk for just that ?

If yesterdays buys were genuine insiders I very much doubt we will see any TR1'S - unless of course they were already major holders, which would be tricky. With the market cap being so small here, plus 50% discounted to the last placing, its a case of just following that money because they didn't buy at 0.45 to just make 10 or 20%

There has to be something much bigger lurking here that only YA aware of - IMO
