L2 looks very compelling - all mm’s now bidding 0.5 to 0.6 for stock - are they in the know ?
My feeling is that they’d already written Pro-adventure off (at loan RNS) and totally focused on the alternate JV which is already at a very advanced stage (due to using the Pro-adventure deal as leverage) with the £80k loan the real reason buying the time to complete this
But hopefully wrong and positive fireworks and a big Christmas bonus for some by the 7am 21st December latest - otherwise another delay until perhaps early January, but probably still worth the wait

All seems a bit odd to me - when I first saw the Q and A RNS, I thought ok they surely going to release the data before the 13th so everyone particularly in the US had the time to think reflect and get their questions together
But no it was simply 9 days advanced warning they were going to deliver stunning new data to revolutionise the medical world, and anyone wanting to ask questions was going to need to be sharp and act rapidly.
Historically Avacta has always released SP sensitive RNS details as soon as the information was available without any warning, and Q and A sessions, or a vox interview followed in due course, but in this case not.
For me something else has to be coming, or interlinked to this as totally out of character, I guess the RNS was also a specific announcement to the medical world, Press and Media, either way the SP has done SFA since the announcement, so the market isn’t seeing or suspecting anything,
Must just be me and my suspicious mind !
All will be revealed - GLA
Makes no logical sense for a number of reasons to use up all the headroom with a cheap placing now or in at least the next few weeks (presuming they can get takers) when they can easily do so after a few more contact wins with SP much higher

Hmmm thanks Pecten - yes no interest at all in seeing your email address, was just interested to see if what you’d received was on exactly the same template / format as that of Kever.
In my experience companies like this simply never comment to either confirm or deny and really couldn’t care less about enquiries from anonymous Jo public regarding potential fake emails and misrepresentations that at best present zero risk / security or credibility threats to the said company.
We receive dozens of daft enquiries offers and suggestions everyday and couldn’t be even bothered to comment / reply as most usually spam or phishing emails
Anyway thanks for replying - for me the silence of vast on this is more telling
Interesting that vast havnt commented at all to either support or debunk this, because we know they watch this and other BB’s plus details about this all over Twatter tagged to them over last few days
Pecten - can we please see the full extract of this email including transmission details / signatures ?if this email is from koin they'll have no problem with this so don’t worry 👍
Yes the markets thick but it’s not deliberate, and also keep in mind that AIM isn’t even capable of supporting a 1 billion company nowadays even if it wasn’t thick
What Avacta are about to achieve ‘so we are led to believe’ in finally unveiling a 21st century solution to a 20th century old invention that’s stood still for over 50 years is simply not believable - so all the markets doing is judging avacta with the other 95% of small Pharma that ultimately fail to achieve change
Obviously the likes of Novartis and others are now acutely aware of what Avacta are doing. On the face of it they’re clearly excited and very positive, but deep down they're very worried because they know avacta despite their lowly market value, are not vulnerable to a cheap buy out and are on the verge of getting precision standardised via the FDA - which will then inevitably open up to the free world
There is currently nothing Novartis or any of the others will currently be able to do to either stop this, or even have a hand in this is, without a major bidding war
Also of note despite all the brilliant advantages to sufferers, it will also have devastating consequences for the suppliers of medicines normally prescribed to counter chemo side effects, and of course jobs in this industry, so there’s a lot a stake
I recently lost a friend who’d previously suffered the dreadful side effects of chemo, unfortunately the cancer came back as if often does because the standard chemo isn’t targeted, and she died through exhaustion and internal bleeding within hours of been provisionally accepted onto the AVA6000 course
Many of us can relate to this, I also lost my mother in the early 90’s and wife to be 6 years ago the same way as there were no alternative solutions available
Again as far as the markets concerned all of this could turn out to be a massive con, but I think otherwise and that’s why I’m heavily invested here with ‘most’ of you other lovely people
This company won’t exist within 6 to 12 months presuming they deliver, so forget all the other precision TM pipeline drugs and avacta being the next Astra Zeneca

Yes definitely a buy no possibility of selling even £1k worth at that price on open
Obviously a very gullible wild punt - there’s plenty of us about

Just punt money nothimg to worry about !

Most unusual SP and spread swings I’ve ever seen - whatever’s moving this stock isn’t the printed trades, has to be massive background trading - which over the last few days are evidently buys
Yes difficult to call - my feeling is they would have RNS this morning if the deal was off or delayed simply because of all the previous delays and the last revised terms to box the deal in, which seem to common with this type of transaction the likes KOD had similar but the deals now all done and dusted
Best thing is to sell if your nervous (understandably) and give the rest of us stronger hands a break
Your absolutely right to suspect that Struv5, I’m rarely logged on, but while so I do take great pleasure catching up on ASI since he claimed to get his 0.0021 Vast order fill 23/09/23
Going back to June / July time ASI confirmed he only held around 3 million ‘free VAST shares’ (think the exact quoted figure was 3.1 million) when the stock was trading around 0.0045 / 0.0050 - he also stated to be intelligent enough (inferring unlike others) to buy anymore
29/09/23 he then stated ‘I have £149,500 invested in VAST. I won't sell either until the share price increases and at least reaches my average which is 0.0046. Currently my investment is down -45.78%’ – shortly after we learned he specifically owned 37,500,000 vast shares @ 0.00424 after stating he ‘had been averaging down for months but have drawn the line now’
06/10/23 he then stated ‘My average has only dropped marginally after the buy earlier today and still averages at 0.00423 so still down on my investment by a ways’ and shortly after this we learned he had £145k of VAST shares – so by miracle he’d averaged down and increased his holding by reducing his VAST investment by £4.5k !
Yes interesting to learn he sold some VAST shares to buy ENET – this story could have credibility as 31/10/23 he cashed out 250000 ENET shares approx. £5.3k worth (I was trading it too) Quote - ‘I bought 250,000 @ 0.53 and sold @2.12’ so it must have been a mighty speculative punt of at least £1300 he invested there from the VAST sale, no wonder the SP collapsed !
So how he’s finally got down to 0.019 VAST average today, after leveraging his mighty £1300 through ENET defies the laws of gravity !
You might be also intrigued to learn that ASI amongst other things is also a fully qualified Biomedical Pharmacologist, as well as the soon to be 6 Plus $$$ million dollar man, who stated that because of this upcoming status change would not be trading AIM last chance saloon stocks any longer !
So one might say a 007 James Bond Type, but with a poor memory, which isn’t ideal when your living the dream
ASI - Quote - 11/10/23 ‘I have Hyperthymestic syndrome so I literally, never forget’
To me he’s just Walter, and I love him !

Can’t put any gloss on it, it’s a very poor update, yes the strikes have clearly held back September production despite assurances they hadn’t, decent increase in July and August but still not the trajectory we were hoping for.
Yes agree that all things equal Q4 revenues / production (could be) substantially better and absolutely need to be along with Tajikistan, but that’s a long way off in AIM terms to even sustain the current SP
So until then the only hope in the short term to boost the current SP, keep vast alive and the creditors at bay, is solely the diamonds and possible JV, and you all need to make your own realistic judgement on this
DYOR
Hopefully there will be a miracle and they’ll somehow convince the major players to bail this out without compromising the humble PI - but I’m sticking to 21st century reality
GLA genuine holders hopefully you’ll be made whole again !
Yes I agree with you contrarian the major players will either get the cream of a deal with a brutal placing and options / warrants cutting out the PI’s at 50p or there will be a buyout it’s the way it is I’ve been around too long to believe in fairy tales anymore, it’s a brutal world
As I say at these prices it’s pretty safe !
