They’ve borrowed £1.8 mil ‘unsecured’ at only 5% interest - and ‘if’ all the repayments are made on time there will be no further dilution - and ‘if’ they are not well it’s totally up to NTVO what they do because YA have forfeited all security and ability to take stock goods or likely more importantly mines / concessions to the value if they default

Can you imagine your bank mortgage lender agreeing these terms even after proving income and equity ?

No other AIM or even main market would get terms any better than this on zero income and zero proven equity

The market needs to read and understand the deal

The financial package is absolutely fantastic that’s why the likes edwards myself directors and the better informed are still holding and adding at these bargain levels

‘The company’s obligations in respect of the CLN shall be unsecured’

‘Unsecured’ is the key word and the CLN will become absolutely irrelevant anyway once gold production has begun (imminent) and repayments made on time

YA are fully aware of this probability hence the reason they've also bought £200k worth of stock at 0.44p as an investment

Historically YA have never bought shares at market price - they normally just lend money get shares for free then screw companies converting CLN’s when they can’t repay

The £200k at least guarantees them a piece of the action over and above the tiny 5% interest they’ll make on £1.8 million repayments over 10 months

The YA finance package and recent director buys should tell everyone everything they need to know about the future direction of NTVO

The bottom line is the finance is ‘unsecured’ therefore NTVO are in total control of repayments

The directors have taken shares and paid at least 40 maybe up to 60% tax instead of wages meaning they have no income (some £100k plus commitment by my calcs)

In addition they and their families have now also bought more shares on the open market

Are these really actions of expected failure ?

Or perhaps the directors as well as YA sincerely believe NTVO are going to become cash flow generative and very profitable before the first repayments are due ?

Hence the reason YA were also insistent on buying stock (above market value) to be sure of at least getting a piece of the action rather than just 5% interest on cash repayments

What can I say about vast ? Well it simply is one unique incredible stock - when I watch allo allo I always associate the vast diamonds with the two British airmen forever trying to escape !

I guess there will be some value in the end and the loans may get paid - and then maybe the phoenix finally rises for some meaningful share holder value

No the update to state Gold Mining has restarted has not landed yet, when it does and when first gold is announced the stock will rerate and well for me it’s logical many warrant holders will want to cash in at 1.5 to 2p plus ?

That said, like me you’ve been in business for yourself for the last 25 / 30 years prospering growing understanding learning from the various financial and economic systems, so stands to reason your wisdom should be better respected than those of a 30 years parachute packer on the Isle of Wight and a paid troll that makes out to be a successful part time trader

Yes it’s a foregone conclusion the stock will re-rate, very shortly we will hear Gold mining has restarted, then we will learn about something else very exciting, then we will become extremely excited about the first recovered Gold grades - all while the price of Gold continues to climb to new highs

Those sitting on the sidelines might consider buying in (after due diligence) at these incredible lows, in most cases 10 to 25 times cheaper than comparative plays with sustainable income just around the corner

Your behaviour is just like a scorned woman - rather than a ranger ex army ? Because if you were ex army you’d have the intelligence and discipline to know the situation was FUBAR and Tie it off move on - I invested 150k into a legal case in 2015 involving a corrupt solicitor and circuit judge - my key witness died and the case collapsed !

So what ! you move on and live everyday as if it’s the last (I’ve just been diagnosed incurable cancer) rather than spend all your life on one BB doing everything possible to destroy the company - because you simply can’t afford to invest another £1k to make your money back !

I run several businesses have beautiful family and friends so little desire to waste time here

Suggest you get a life and try find some friends you can actually physically see who want to listen to your boring stories - rather than constantly clogging up this BB with irrelevant rubbish

Good point ice - I was thinking that myself and figured in the region 100 to 115k gross depending on tax rates which is one hell of a commitment to a project that’s supposedly going to fail
