Just to clarify - they achieved the headroom with the 65% vote on res 1 - the res 2 vote was all about making it quicker to utilise the headroom (if required) the actual vote all likelihood was very low (I’d expect much less than 50%) due to many holders difficult to contact / dead / weren’t aware / or even missed the closing day to vote (like me 🤦‍♂️🤣) and Bergen also missed the 2nd September cut

No logic for there to have been a problem with note holders - so as previous res 2 will go through guaranteed next time around - and in the meantime they could well announce alternate funding IMO

With the price of gold continually on the up its now beyond the balance of probabilities they will source alternate financing - the upside here is to high to ignore hence Bergen jumping in - doors are opening

From the 34% voted against there will be a good number of dumb minority shareholders heavily underwater that have voted against just to spite their own faces - won’t be all note holders
