Yes that’s correct GB - they are aware of the demand / inundated with enquiries, and will be contacting all companies who have placed orders when there is a firm date for stock availability and prices

In the meantime they can only refer companies back the avacta website - apparently there is a lot going on behind the scenes

Are not able to provide delivery / supply dates for avacta LFT tests as yet and have not updated their site, so one could surmise that avacta’s major distribution partner is not at the front of the que at present

Anyone any idea how much more placing overhang to churn ? Decent volume for a while now

Medusa had orders for 50 plus million of these tests last summer including my own companies order, I can guarantee Uk government will be providing free COVID tests of some kind for a minimum 12 months from now and most likely longer, airports border points transport cruise liners stadiums large gatherings Uk and round the world will be testing people for COVID for the next 2 to 5 years minimum

What some people have to get into their heads is 2 vaccines are only a temporary measure against COVID, hence the reason the government have already ordered 60 million booster jabs for this Autumn for the most vulnerable, this tells us (because the government won’t) that they know the 2 jabs do not create an immunity passport, nor do they guarantee ones with immunity won’t pass the virus on unknowingly

With this government you cannot believe a word what they say - but you can clearly interpret what they think by their actions, either way the world is Avacta’s oyster not only do they have the best test in the world by a country mile, they have now conclusively proved Affirmers work better for diagnostics (and shortly for cures AV6000) than any other antibody method in the world

Precautionary Testing for Covid and all future pandemics will be a new way of life, and this is multi £billion tech about to re-write science

Yes as I’ve said several times precautionary self testing will be eventually as common as brushing your teeth - and quite likely that the toothbrush will be eventually powered by an affirmer to do just this.
