Yes the dream of selling massive amounts of covid AffiDX tests to the Uk and Eu has long gone, however the reality of promoting Affimers by producing and selling 100’s of millions of a new range of AffiDX tests to the world ranging from Cortisol Sepsis vitamin D to Covid Flu and Cancer ect in the next 1 to 5 years is very real, hence the purchase of Launch Diagnostics.

But what investors need to understand is firstly you don’t just obtain £55 million of unsecured funding to obtain a nominally successful Diagnostic company for £37 million based on the current information available to the public, or the current performance and profitability of that company.

So the unsecured investor who id like to think wasn’t naive was almost certainly shown information that blew away any doubts about the future of Avacta, and their investment.

But in the very short term (could be this afternoon) it is expected Avacta will unveil to the world a fantastic system that provides a revolutionary new way of delivering chemotherapy at up to 2.5 times normal safety levels to patients with virtually zero side effects, which may also substantially reduce recovery times.

Presuming this is so, Avacta will not only have achieved what every other pharma has failed at in the last 50 years, Avacta will have almost achieved immortality by providing the world a platform and system to deliver multiples of current critical illness treatments with virtually zero side effects with quicker recovery times

The value of this new system ‘precision TM’ will be up to you

But It’s what I will call outrageously brilliant !

I wouldn’t bother focusing too much on Vatic as I believe they’ll be completely irrelevant along with nearly everything else current, once the major update lands

It’s also very important to not under-estimate the acquisition of Launch Diagnostics, Avacta haven’t just acquired Launch to provide a cash flow positive balance sheet, they’ve acquired it to push their new diagnostics Affidx products (manufactured by ?) through Launch

Launch currently have over 100 Global diagnostics suppliers and £30 plus million turnover, what is going to happen to these suppliers and their products, as the Avacta Affidx range powered by more accurate Affimers become more and more established ?

Well firstly bigger profit margins and sales, but second and most important, users in the UK, EU and beyond are going to be in effect paying Avacta to advertise their products powered by superior Affimers to the world.

Which should then prove that very accurate self testing / self diagnosis for just about everything, including future pandemics can save Doctors, medical centres, health organisations and employers £trillions in costs wasted time and resources and sick pay.

Suffice to say had this deal landed 2 years ago, I believe the Avacta SP would now be anything from £5 to £15 as this would have provided an open door to the European COVID-19 LFT testing effort, rather than believing / hoping Johnson and his muppet Government would keep their word, while our old friends Medusa19 were fumbling about in the dark trying to obtain EU HUA

But then again this acquisition wouldn’t have been possible then, because a Launch Diagnostics type company would have been considerably more expensive to acquire, plus unsecured institutional bonds would not have been possible either due to the lack of what we believe to be mind blowing AVA6000 data

Just can’t understand why so many believed they would be able to receive more, or substantially more shares than their standard subscription

The £2 million micro offer was simply a goodwill gesture to real investors, and It was absolutely clear to me avacta didn’t want, or need any extra cash over and above (in this case £13 million) due to the fact they were able to easily raise £55 million unsecured and undiluted (much more if needed) in a brutally tough lending market to acquire a diagnostics distribution company - solely on the back of AVA6000 trial results.

Think about it guys and girls ?

And when you have - you’ll conclude that the institution involved had to have been shown something as good or better than government bonds to gain their confidence, and remember they also didn’t need funds to advance AVA6000 - so what is going to happen next here ?

Due to the massive over subscription it is of course possible avacta are delaying updating the market on the new diagnostics range they are about to launch, as well as the AVA6000 update - but either way anyone that desperately wanted shares at 95p had to also believe £1.15 or £1.40 was an absolute bargain too - so beg borrow steal and buy now instead of mumbling and moaning !

Yes all fair points too 54 retire, but the main factor is it’s simply too good to be true, and I’d say that had avacta made a colossal success of the LFT, the market would still find the implications of AVA6000 and precision platform simply unbelievable - what it needs is RNS with facts and figures (coming shortly) and for the market (not me) real-time interest / financial bids from majors

The biggest ticket for me is the hair loss - from seeing my mum fighting the leukaemia like mad - losing her hair was the key factor that I’ll never forget, she also lost half her body mass during the treatment, but this was the 90’s she was extremely ill, and didn’t make through. Survival rates are good now, just the side effects still severe (not usually horrendous)

I talk with people outside of stocks shares investments about this all the time in my day job, some shake the beans out of wanting the details how to invest - the majority just listen on in disbelief commenting that they’ve been trying to win the lottery last 30 years

That’s it - that’s how big this potentially is, even a modest investment at these current levels offers many the chance of complete economic financial freedom

Because it’s simply too good to be true wiggly - this is potentially the 1 in a million company we’ve all been looking for (most forever) and because of this and the gravity and implications of this development, the market simply can’t believe it so discounts it as just another run of the mill

Yes you’ve hit the nail on the head - the up coming 6000 data which we expect to be fantastic to sensational is simply the tip of the iceberg, because it then validates the Avacta precision platform technology, which in theory can then be used to deliver many other critical illness treatments in the same precision bullet formatted form with virtually zero side effects at potentially double to treble normal strength speeding treatment times too.

Yes to echo the majority view, a truly sensational update, with what had to be a quite shockingly (but positive) unexpected update for most, I find it impossible to see any downside to this.

And referring to my previous post ‘Self testing future trillion dollar industry’ and subsequent follow up posts, it’s now clear avacta are thinking the same way too.

It’s not about what we currently see as acceptable and normal now, it’s where some see things going in the future, and to this end I ask this question one again.

How much money, time, valuable resources, productivity, and most importantly lives could be saved / improved if at least 50% of routine, speculative and enforced Surgery appointments could be saved by highly accurate self testing and diagnostics ?

Work out the answer to this, and come up with a deliverable action plan, and you could win any chancellor job anywhere in the world !

But putting yesterdays update into perspective the acquisition of ‘Launch Diagnostics’ for what avacta also clearly see huge future potential is merely a side show (at least for now) compared to what is to come with AVA6000 and the precision platform news in early November.

Whichever way the 150k trade from earlier definitely another pointless short attack by someone / organisation, but I'm sure they'll be delighted to see that despite the low volume, their little dip is now being bought up once again putting them straight under water.

We know what we have here, our tech's on the verge of re-writing science, providing the medical world a brilliant solution, plus many holders with sizeable investments the chance of complete economic freedom, and hey it's not all that bad for the shorts either, they should at least be able to buy in at 3 to 5 times current value when the bombshell RNS drops and double / treble their money, to help off-set losses !

Can’t see how Mr A otherwise I and many others be expecting the same privileges holding considerably more than takeda - I’d say they started out just been curious neighbours and doing the neighbourly thing by supporting and buying a few shares - then they became privy to inside info - because they made a proposal to avacta

Hmmm good theory oke but not sure takeda really needed to prove their credibility buying 50k shares - it makes no difference to anything apart that people like us discover then begin to speculate

But has to be some fairly significant reason they made this purchase, as far as my thinking takes me they made the purchase with a view to buying many more - but then got sight of the read out, so became insiders - and then ???
