Does this statement assume Capstone are in the intelligent, or not so intelligent amongst us ?

Yes it’s all a bit of mystery because the usual diamonds text has been omitted from the RNS, my feeling is they are trying to tell us via the firm settlement date that the diamonds are now sorted but they are unable / unwilling to make this public knowledge at the moment

Perhaps due to the current election fraud claims it’s a political negative for Mnangagwa to let £15 million worth of diamonds leave zim with inflation running at 78%

Or perhaps it’s simply the fact the diamonds are now on the back burner and they have already secured commercial financing with the now profitable £200 mil valued BPP mine ?

For me it’s extremely positive either way for a £10 mil mkt cap company hence why my holdings are getting closer and closer to those of AP

Nah the only leak going on is the reality that this stock now very much derisked and worth considerably more than £10 mil mkt cap without any diamonds, though it’s quite likely people’s also buying in with the zim elections just 2 days away in mind.

It’s my feeling that the next diamonds announcement will be timed to come after the election is settled but only my opinion

The reason the SP is dropping is because they simply cannot determine MTD due to 6000 and precision working so well, hence no RNS update

My feeling is they may well have to escalate the dose 2 to 3 times more to get close to MTD, in the meantime all holders could simply wake up one morning sometime soon to find the stock suspended pending takeover

Buda - Considering VAST has actually now turned the corner (BPP) are you able to suggest another micro cap AIM miner to invest with assets and potential as great at VAST that actually has a history of success, very few placings, CEO working without wages, that doesn’t have any risk / downside ?

If so I could very well be compelled to ditch my entire holdings here causing the SP to drop further

Yes definitely time to buy for the 10%, some folk gullible as well as totally stupid. It was crystal clear in the 7th August RNS (after the RBZ escalation) that vast had to have a back up option available when they set the new loan settlement date to 29/09/23

And at the then mkt cap £11 million (£9 million now) there was no possibility this back option was ever going to be a placing as there simply wasn't, and still isn’t enough headroom (unless the SP considerbly my higher)

So unless the SP is considerably higher by 29/09/23 the back up option was and still will be commercial financing against the now profitable BPP copper mine.

The 90% should also keep in mind Vast (not just by name) is considerably bigger than a bag of diamonds in Zimbabwe, and chances are very good that it will now succeed handsomely with or without them, making it a much better investment option than the likes of PREM and many other miners

Yes it’s all good and it would seem the institution most likely capstone with $11.5 billion of investments clearly don’t see any appreciable risk increasing their stake in a company some believe are on the verge of being bankrupted

What is puzzling is why vast didn’t invite them to take part in the placing ?

Obviously vast had no trouble at all raising the funds without Capstone

The only possible conclusion I can conjure is that vast are at least partially concerned about Capstone building a large stake

What a surprise Capstone accumulating - 🤦‍♂️🤣

Incredible the rubbish constantly spoke on here by the so called experts / Sherriff's / enforcers, who either make out to be well informed insiders, or businessmen with multiple holdings business interests and assets, yet spend 16 hours plus here everyday (I'm the latter, and evidently don't need too)

It was clearly stated by AP in the interview yesterday that 'If' BPP' was not in profit / still operating at a loss, it would have had to be RNS'd already - it has not been, and production figures are due soon.

I agree the diamonds are a basket case, they could be tommorow, they could be months, but again the actions of the creditors who are owed a substantial debt in very testing times world wide are crystal clear - they are not worried at all !

It is also crystal clear Capstone are also not worried, yes I take on board the fact there could be a placing anything from £1 million to substantial 'If' the Diamonds are not released, or 'If' BPP turns out to be loss making, or 'If' Tajikistan incomes do not materialise, and 'If' so - and 'If' it needs to be substantial it will logically need to be at a much higher SP than current, so not until after the BPP update - presuming positive diamond, or other news does not land before hand.

And 'If' there is a placing you can also bet your bottom dollar that Capstone will be taking a substantial amount of it to hold long term

These are the facts and the most likely outcomes, you guys that are constantly talking c@@p (you know who you are) I couldn't care less about your motives just stick to the facts and most likely outcomes, I stated a number of times previous (from fact) that there was no headroom for another placing, but these posts were constantly reported and re-moved for telling the truth

Yes possibly so - but you speak as if Zimbabwe is the only corrupt country in the world, but forget or simply don’t understand that here in the Uk we’ve found a convenient way of disguising corruption via peerages, mou’s and party donations !

If diamonds have gone missing that’s perfect and the best possible result - just a matter of vast then claiming from their insurance !

If there is going to be a placing don’t be surprised if capstone have already took it all, at either a discount - or premium with warrants, if there was any worry about vast managing to raise - you’d feel they would have been doing everything up to now, to ramp the price up, my feeling it’s all been completed already

I wouldn’t worry too much about it folks, if it is to be at 90p well it’s approx 4% of the current m/cap, and it’s 99% certain it will be to a huge company and shareholder benefit / value

I’d hazard a guess they want to finally introduce their own Affimer powered LFT’s into launch which apart increasing profit margin (royalties and reagents) costs saved also gives them a free advertising platform for Affimers into a massive retail market while earning profits

Mother Nature passed me the feeling something was possibly in the air a few weeks ago, so started selling down accordingly, but very much doubt I’ll be able to buy back whole plus interest much below £1 tomorrow and have to be quick at that as likely the Sp will rebound quickly up to £1.25 / £1.41 within days for starters

Capstone could of course waited to take more shares much cheaper at the ‘quoted by some’ up coming placing

But I guess a company with €17 billion of investments is too dumb to do basic research and due diligence like that 🤦‍♂️😉
