Can someone answer this. Harbour have relinquished their share. To who? Do Rochopper own it now 100%. Are they going to compensate Rockhopper for all the years hold up. Any answers would be of help please.
About time this took an upward trajectory. Should go to €17 pretty quickly IMO as prospects better by the day.
Still wondering why price so weak as prospects pretty bright. Only fly in ointment is a fundraise for some reason. Can anyone else see a valid reason. Funds selling here to take up easyjet shares is another possibility any others.
Are we sure Mike isn't planning to spend a few bob on Easyjet. Cannot understand why Share Price falling. Is a fundraising possible to support a bid? Has he ruled out bid for easyjet.
Was there something recently about one of the head people leaving this company(Imutex)? It appears the spin out hasn't gone smooth. Are things not as they might be at Imutex? Just asking the questions but have no information. Is this the reason spin out is delayed? Anyone know?
Is there another RNS out today? Cannot see it.
A few people on here wondering where are they. All holders who are getting these share from spin out are locked in for nine months so per the boss on interview last night these shares won't be allocated to our relevant share accounts until then. So will have to wait I am afraid and see then your allocation and what price the shares are trading at then on AIM. Boss believes one should hold at that point as he sees long term potential in Poolbeg but that will be your first opportunity to sell the shares allocated to you. I assume of course when Poolbeg come to market in a few weeks you will be able to buy and sell them as normal but wait and see for 9 months otherwise regarding the spin out shares
