Jersey Oil & Gas (AIM: JOG), an independent upstream oil and gas company focused on the UK Continental Shelf ("UKCS") region of the North Sea, notes certain media speculation in regard to the Company potentially undertaking an equity fundraise.

Further to the Company's announcement of 3 March 2021 setting out the findings of the Company's Concept Select report in respect of its Greater Buchan Area ("GBA") Development Project, the planned farm-out process has now been formally launched. The Company confirms that it is in discussions regarding a fundraising of between GBP10 to 15 million. The net proceeds of such a potential fundraise would be utilised to maintain momentum for the next phase of workstreams on the project and augment the Company's existing cash reserves during farm-out discussions.

There can be no certainty that any funds will be raised by the Company.

Do any of the sellers today realize that you cant get a quote to buy at all. So market makers are short of stock, and are effectively braking the law by manipulating the market by offering only a quote to sell. They lock people out from buying, waiting for some people to sell to fill stock levels. Pretty atrocious behavior, however, what else would you expect from these fcktards.

Would anyone be so kind to point me to a research note, or general solid research regarding this share? The cash really is going to start flowing for SQZ over the next few years, and im planning on moving funds out of some bonds. Thank you very much in advance, and GL

Holeyfck, no wonder its so easy to make cash in these markets when your dealing with people like this, i said i got a £97k refund, sorry i meant to say £97.5k! Yikes.

In all my years trading, the best indicator to buy or sell a share is when the stupidest comments are found on these forums. No joke. Amateurs have an amazing knack at picking the exact peaks / troughs... why? because they freak out and sell on fear, or buy on some useless tip they read in a tabloid.

To give you an idea of demand, i put in £100k in primary bid, and they just refunded me £97k. So got 3% of my allotment. Feelsbadman

What i tell you about just holding. The drop was to try get as many shares as possible. Hope you didnt bite! If you were jittery at 33p it might be worth taking at least some of the table at 50p imo. Each to their own.
