Just Bought a Load of these circa 45p. Fair enough news not amazing but releasing this on traditionally a very low volume day will exacerbate any falls. This has fallen too far

i dont understand why such large discounts on so many shares? Surely some fat cats could just buy it out and sell the sums and parts and make a killing. Some with REIT's. Why is no one jumping on 35+ percentage discounts to NAV is beyond me.

So Friday's exercise was all about "Anal"ysts (20 year old muppets who have been tasked at loosing as much money as possible for their 'clients') saying house builders were vulnerable, as if the market didn't already know this hence the drop from £29 to £21 in 90 days (a 35% drop btw). Still some clowns like to sell the news. Ive picked up a shed load of these and will hold for when these muppets put out a report saying actually its not all that bad and the share price is back to £26.

Guys, all over Russian news this 'cant' be called a War. Its all "Special Operation". If this lasts longer than a couple of weeks, the public will start to doubt it, hence, surely this is all going to blow over in 10 days or so? He's already getting closer to establishing what he wanted, which is a land-bridge to Crimea and associated cities. Im loading up on this drop, and happy to hold long term. Bear case is Putin breaks his word (hardly uncommon). Hold would be my advise.

Appears to be one Iceberg sell order holding this down, was at 6.6p earlier, now moved to 6p. Probably some distressed oligarch selling everything they own and sailing away in a dingy to the Bahamas asap
