Have no desire to bash our partners but their position is dire. Large dilution but it does NOT cover drill costs for Ruvuma or their Helium 1 project. It is only for defence of their licences, which are impossible to defend if you cant pay the cash call for the drill.

Hope they don't hold us up now.

C1 confirmed as planned in 2018.

The CEO foregoes $1m cash and future share options in order to keep hold of his 63m already accrued options which are dependant on a successful deal being struck.

Ultra-confidence in that deal happening from someone as inside as you can get.

"Free Carry" is an industry standard and well recognised term. Does not need to be explained.

Everyone knows it relates to the future not the past.

FWIW I think Leo Koot gets better and better. At the risk of sounding like I have a mancrush he is the perfect CEO.

His good, bad, ugly transparent style is so refreshing. His impatience and wanting more is pitched just right. He has transformed this Company corporately and on paper and is in the process (I believe) of doing the same on the ground where the black sticky stuff comes out.

CERP is now my long termer in my SIPP. Profits from elsewhere will go to CERP at anything below 8p, I may not have long!!

Malcy is entitled to be fed up with the delays like the rest of us. He (like us) were promised back to back drills at the time he put AEX into the bucket list.

He will say it has been frustrating but there is light at the end of the tunnel. He will say the deal is very good (it is) and Aminex are strongly placed.

I don't know what he will say (if anything) about how Solo plans to pay for their 25%. I am hoping they give away 12.5% on the cheap (to us) in order to reduce the bill. Leaving us with our original 37.5% (before Tullow gave us ?50% for free.

I hope the Zubairs have found that rig they lost down the back of the sofa and we are moving forward.

Very pleased to see a proper waterflood update. It is not dead. They are working on it and ramping it up, if anything.

Acquisition headline share issuance not quite the whole picture as further shares will be issues if certain trigger events occur. Several hundred BoPD production being acquired, rig accessibility included and further licences. Looks ok to me.

The Goudron daily workover, sand management and daily (routine) tweaking continues and I love this story!

Obviously all gearing up to a SWP drilling programme which is the big future headline but happy for now with Goudron and waterflood. (LK said in an interview if you pump 100BoW in you get 1000 BoO out 6 months later. I know it is not that straightforward and I know the compartmentalisation of our geology is difficult but those are still exciting numbers for relatively little capex).

You will do well at this price.
