I am less worried about the CPR than production plans. That cash flow is key. I am hoping they can see a way to produce from the Djeno but will live with the Mengo etc if not. On the assumption that there is positive news brewing as opposed to a massive problem, then I think this is all tied up with licence negotiations, production plan approvals, payback terms (from the Govt). Happy to wait some more if they need the time to get it right.

If what you say is right (and I don't doubt you) then it would be freakish coincidence for a numpty to guess that the CEO was going to miss the AGM because of illness. That must be an inside track.

One could argue (if fault were relevant) it was your fault for buying a share in a developing country without appreciating the risks properly.

Not sure what you mean about wrong direction? Do you mean the Farmout? Because that is not dependant on who is CEO, having passed so comprehensively on the vote. And thank goodness.

If you mean the delays, that's the Tz Govt not Jay. But we have been over that ground many times.

I agree and well done for posting. I did the same in the past when the share price went to something like 0.8p and then N2 happened. 10 bags. Not for the faint hearted I agree but I suspect 5p is possible on licence and farmout completion. Then the next drill and production plans means the sky is the limit.

I repeat what I have said before. If the licence is refused then Aminex is over. All evidence suggests it will be granted, IMHO.

Serious money to be made here for the brave at these levels.

I have been buying from sub 1.9p though not for a while. Profits from elsewhere (only HUR at the moment but AAOG about to pop) coming here and I hope to add millions more (of shares not £).

But you will be right if there is no farmout or party willing to invest. Investment risk has always been the IOG issue. My take on it has always been that the profitability of the plan is too good for there to be no willing investor. And the RRE offer suggests I am right. Although ludicrously lowball.

But if I am wrong about IOG getting investment and their plans built it will not be the first time. On the information available as at the time of the RRE offer it was always a poor offer that should have been rejected.

Seems to me (FWIW) that this is one of those times you have to trust in management. I don't know the answer to where to flow from. They might not either, yet. But what a good problem to have. To accept 1200-odd bopd or shoot for 5k!! Happy days.

The reason it is squeaky bum time is this is now basically a binary bet on the licence and farmout progressing. The free carry to production is enormous. But without a licence Aminex has no rights to any of the gas discovered.

No-one with any sense has bought an Aminex share for the Nyuni prospect for many many years.

The loss of Nyuni is not what has shocked me. What has shocked me is seeing the chronology of the licence application set out in black and white again. September 2017 we applied. And I read (I hope I am wrong) that a new gas negotiating team has been set up in 2018 and we LOOK FORWARD to meeting them! I read we haven't started yet. Given the GSA delay for KN1 this is truly awful administration by the Tanzanian authorities. Thank God for Zubair, though the filtered numpties on here don't agree. Or do they now ?!
