Bumble I am completely in agreement with you!! I also think his best skills are yet to be utlised!! I think he will be a great salesman for the business... we just need the finalised warranted product.. (hopefully soon!!)
A bit of conversation has been going on the iii board as to the merits of should JR buy in now or later (if he ever intends to!!) and his reference at the AGM to avoidance of inside information/knowledge prior to buying in! My view on this is that if he does in fact have long term intentions and to buy in I think he will wait to the next placing ! Reasons being: 1. The placing is an introduction of new funds to the Co at a price determined by the Co needed to raise the required funds 2. No issue / he can’t be accused of inside knowledge prior to an open offer buying should price suddenly rise. If I was him that would be my strategy/approach .... but is his intentions long term?? Would this mean S/P could be staying for a while around this region...(I hope not!!)
Tomtastic, whilst I believe that some of the questions were touched upon (well a couple of mine were) they certainly weren’t answered directly!! After talking to some of the other board members after the AGM I think the consensus was that the exercise was certainly worthwhile as it gave them the overall concerns & sentiment of the PI’s and they knew that we weren’t happy! Also I believe it might be an exercise to be considered again for next year!!!
Good to meet some more faces to this board today!!! Overall I am still positive albeit appearing we have yet been deceived with further delays!! Trying not to repeat what has already be said here my main points from today are: 1. Stack Development needed major re-engineering to complete to make Cost and Longevity metrics. Probably well on course to making this and is clearly obvious to a pre-requisite prior to any commercial deals. It wasn't what I wanted to hear first part in the AGM and to be honest my heart sank to begin with!! 2. The board I feel is a lot stronger and honest with Rennocks/Gibson and hopefully with Dunkley as the CFO (to early on the latter). For all the bad press AB has had I think that he has been for a long time been out there on his own with little support. I am still a supporter of AB and to be honest I think he will be the right people to sell this business once we have a finalised product. Hopefully we now also have a good senior team to see this through to commercialisation. 3. Pleased that they are willing to resurrect Investor days... 4. Joint Venture with DeNora almost certainly to lead to Manufacturing Agreement/Warranty 5. Not what many would like to hear but we still have a while to wait for firm commercial contracts but then hopefully we may see some fireworks at last !!!
Hi Heath/Bumble From a less than sunny Seville ... your weather is better than ours!!! To confirm Wendy did receive them and had confirmed that they have been forwarded on!!! Let’s hope we get some positive answers and possibly a RNS or two Monday/Tuesday would be nice some some questions may become redundant!!!
Sellonews...please enlighten me on that thought!! I was completely thinking the opposite!! PHE are clearly heading for Transport Hydrogen refuelling potential using FCEV’s and not for electricity generation from waste now... so how do you see that??
Does anyone know or heard of him? Is this possibly him? https://www.banksgroup.co.uk/about-us/main-board/richard-dunkley/
