Well done Bumble...Thank you for the compilation! The only issue I have is that we seem to have missed out Q3. So in reality we have one less question! Whilst originally I thought a list of no more than 10 questions should be submitted I think that it is a case & priority now with only a week to the AGM that we actually get the questions to AB. They will need to have a chance amongst everything else to get these Q's reviewed. We will spend potentially a lot of time trying to cut them down and lose the opportunity for decent responses to what we have asked! If some Q's don't get answered then so be it in my view.... at least we have tried!! Those who asked for non-responded Q's and are at the AGM may well be able to ask separately!!!

Don’t hide behind the message board attend the AGM and air your issues directly!!!

Oh Tezzer... I wish we could get one!! After too many years to remember I think I’m still an optimist here!!! No news good news and all that stuff!!

The small man beats the system!!! I’ve just received a phone call from Barclays and they have conceded that the new “Smart Investor” platform is wrong and have been treating the Bed & Isa trades as effectively Market Trades!! They are going to refund my lost shares albeit with some small admin charges (which is fine) and are going to manually put procedures in place to track B&I transactions and ultimately automate the process into the Smart Investor platform....hopefully before the next financial year!!! I’m waiting to see what they finally do with my account and also I’ve asked for an explanation in writing so that this doesn’t happen in the future!! So anyone thinking in the meantime of doing Bed & Isa with Barclays please proceed with caution!! I must admit I did get a bit more credibility with them after I told them I was an Ex-Investment Banker!!

As an update I have had a couple of conversations with Barclays today!! First call went very badly and again refusing to budge. I threatened them by going to FCA and The Press as well as pulling my whole relationship with Barclays (Many personal / Business accounts!) They must be concerned as they have now called me back again without prompting asking me not to go to the FCA or Press as they have investigated previous B&I and see they only charged 800 shares last time compared to 20,000 Shs this time!! I await with bated breath for a promised response tomorrow!! :-))

Cheeky boy I’m still fuming.... I have escalated this issue and written a four page letter to Barclays. Maybe this will help you do the same if you want a copy you will need to let me have your email address!?

Cheeky boy I lost £2k on this with Barclays today!!

My problem is that Barclays have moved to a new platform and are treating B&I’s as market trades and simply not charging transaction fees!! With a 10%+ spread guess who loses out and who wins!!!😩😩 After speaking to a couple of people my issue was escalated to a manager and I had a nice guy who was extremely sympathetic with my case. He agreed with me but was honest and didn’t know what could be done as this is now their process!!! I told him that this would be escalated to Barclay Stockbroker CEO and the FCA if I don’t get a suitable response!! I’m expecting a lengthy and long drawn out battle here!!!

Guys, a warning. I use Barclays and have recently moved to their "SMART INVESTOR" platform. I have done my BED & ISA today. and instead of the usual process they have sold and repurchased at the full Bid / Offered prices and has cost me 20,000shs or �2000!!!! You can see the transactions at about 8;08 this morning. They are telling me that this is the process now. I have had a major row with them and have escalated it but it is not looking good at this stage. Thieving B******s!! Im fuming!

All I know is that Wendy came back to me saying it was a great idea... she surely must have spoken to AB about it first!!!
