the report specifies Australian miners only in the report? makes one wonder what their agenda really is?

If they were against mining per say, why pick on just the Australian miners?

For a country struggling with austerity it does seem like they would be shooting themselves in the foot to get rid of all mining activities in the country.

If instead they are only concerned with ancestrael land then I'm guessing that would include most of the country also/, I have asked for clarification as to whether Cascabel comes within this umbrella.

On reflection I feel the more of an agenda here from the people backing this group, other than saving the forests.

With so much money/profit at risk there will be many who could publish this stuff to try and scare share holders and reduce the SP, which is exactly whats happened.

Time will tell obviously and the next couple of months should be interesting, as posted here, this weakness may indeed spark the truth one way or another and we will see whether the majors are still interested as clearly we are running short of cash.

If there is nothing to be worried about we would expect a bid of some sort with such a low SP.?

If we continue to be sustainable and work with the community I think Cascabel will be ok.

At this stage I'm not so confident with some of the other concessions

I'd also like clarification as to whether Cascabel is a protected area, I was under the impression it wasn't and I hope Nm took this into account before spending tens of millions

due this quarter, surely it could help the current SP by releasing some of the drill results/assays from the previous months drilling now? as a taster?

Yes I get that previously they had little effect on SP but surely with the SP at 17p if NM wanted it to go up at this point he has some info that could boost it?

If his strategy was to get the SP low to make the CGP offer look more favourable to them, then its certainly worked! maybe too much so one could argue?

I aslo understand the transition period from explorer to producer can be stagnant but 17p is surely not where NM wants the SP to be now with funding required soonish?

Maybe he is stalling until the MRE 3 is released in the hope the SP will be higher for a funding?

It’s the same over here currently, the snow flake era are in control of the media and shout the loudest but that doesn’t mean they will get their way, Brexit is another example
It’s mainly the remoaners who do the name calling and abuse
Most of them can’t actually make their case without name calling the opposing views and using extreme language inappropriately, like fascism.
Half of them don’t even know the definition of it
The government over there have already made their Position clear about mining being a national government issue and not for local protests
Further more most reasonable options, other than a few on here, don’t think it will be a catastrophe if/when a new government is formed democratically when the time is right

It’s seems it’s more complicated than the protestors not wanting what you say

Let’s not forget the last protestor in the court case was himself an illegal miner

A lot of money at stake and there are various ways people with an agenda can try and upset the apple cart
Unless Ecuador choose to be mining and oil free I think we will get there
