Anyone selling clearly has no idea about what's gone on at ASX LOL! I guess a few limit sells also got hit at 20p and trailing stop losses from the top of the spike.

Zero chance of me selling any, the winning bidder can take them all when the offer goes unconditional, and not before!!

ASX opened up 0.015 and went up 0.080 over the previous close, in 1.5 hours. That is a peak of 25.396% up.

The board halted based on that rise. It's clearly price sensitive news in a positive direction that they were concethad leaked.

Clearly with a rise this fast and high, the board suspected a leak about discussions they are having. Now, you can speculate what those discussions are about, but the biggest clue slapping you round the face is that the board themselves believe a leak made the share price rocket, so it must therefore be very positive news behind the discussions. If they had said the same with a price drop, then you'd know they had negative news, but clearly that's not the case.

An offer today must surely have Ratification as a prerequisite. Discussions could have been ongoing for weeks ahead of Ratification. The board flatly rejected 30p in 2023, they didn't even bother with discussion on the offer, so the offer now must be seriously worth discussing and, as Ratification will be a prerequisite, it also must be based on the price the board would accept after Ratification is received.

The MM's should use Arbitrage to set the price here the same at the open as the price on ASX. It doesn't always happen, so good luck if you get a bargain price!

IF .... the discussions are in relation to an offer for the company or Ewoyaa, then the initial offer must have been high enough this time to be deemed by the Directors as worth discussing, as opposed to previous offers that were flatly rejected rather than discussed.

Head deep in the sand again. Cannot accept they are wrong even with all the facts laid bare before them.

A NEW LAW has NO LI's. LI's are only there to change existing Laws. The LI that's running only changes the 2006 Law, it can't change the 2026 Law because that Law didn't exist when the LI was written and will only exist if subsequently voted through. They would NEVER put an LI against a new Law, the Royalty would be in it and any amendments voted through as it went through Parliament would be made to that legal document, nothing would create a separate document.

The clue is in the word .... NEW!!

The NEW LAW will be a complete rewrite of the law, IT WON'T REFERENCE ANYTHING.

The Royalty LI CHANGES the 2006 Law item 25 to a Sliding Scale.

THE NEW LAW WILL INCLUDE THE SLIDING SCALE FROM THE OUTSET, JUST AS THE OLD LAW HAD ITS ROYALTY AS ITEM 25 WITHIN IT.
